Someone was telling me that I have to print out season pass perk coupons before I go to the park. Is this true?
The park opening time is 10:30 - but is that gate time or ride time?
I usually don't go to the park until that last 2 or 3 hours of the day (in the summer), so I have no clue how things are running. I'm taking a friend to the park in a couple weeks, so I wanna get him there early and get the Gold Pass perk $19.76 ticket for him (do I go to the ticket booth or guest relations?)
I need help to. I'm trying to buy 4 season passes but when I click buy now nothing happens ( this in on my laptop). However I am able to buy the passes on my phone. I did find out that I can buy the passes at Jewel and still get the parking pass so I'll probably do that. But to be safe, does anyone know what I should do.
I believe the problem is my computer not the Great America website.

Try another PC, if that doesn't work, just call Six Flags Great America (rather than expect us to have an answer, the majority of us don't know how to help since we can't replicate your problem on our end.)

Go to the ticket booth, if you have a season pass it should be already on your card, and I believe they'll scan it. I would however call six flags great america directly because I'm not completely sure. Do not take a user from a forum as the be all end all answer as we may not be correct. (I learned the hard way)

Thanks for the reply. The problem with calling the park is that can be a whole day ordeal within itself and when I finally get someone, the response could be more unreliable than something I get online. Everyone gives you a different answer and things seem to change all the time. Sucks but true. Guess I could email the park twice, and have 2 options for when I get there.
Well I think my season pass problem has been solved. I called the park yesterday and it sounds like there is some kind of SF site update my laptop needs (I'm not really sure what it is). They did say I could wait until I go to the park the first time (the 23) and purchase the passes there and still get the parking pass. ^ When I called yesterday it didn't take too long for the park to answer, but that might be because I called around closing time.
Did you contact the Six Flags Tech Support hotline at 407-261-4290? They should be able to help you with any on-line purchasing website issues. Also note they are open 24/7.
