I'll be there tomorrow, so if I see anything I'll take a picture. I'll post it right away if I have reception, and can figure out how to do it from my phone. If not I'll tweet it to the SFGAmworld Twitter machine. If you see me around come say hi if you're bored. I'll be the guy with the Star Wars roller coaster shirt, and black glasses.

So I just got a season pass newsletter with the subject "Special Update About Our New Ride" - and then there wasn't a word about Goliath in the entire newsletter. Hmm.....

I also got a season pass newsletter today saying something like "Exclusive Ride Time for Pass Holders" as the email's subject and there wasn't a single thing mentioned in it about exclusive ride time. I looked through it like 10 times too to be sure.

Update: I found the newsletter in web browser form. I see no mention of an ERT for pass holders unless I'm missing it. http://content.sixflags.com/news/displaynews.aspx?ic=I418YQ3RBLMOIS&gc=0009484877DE7D&utm_source=park-newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=SFGAm&utm_content=2014-05-15

Sorry to go off topic. As for Goliath, hopefully it opens on time but if not, I won't be upset. It'll be worth the wait! :)

Good. I was pretty convinced something was wrong with me.

It seems like the other side always wins on American Eagle :?
Also, I've ridden Goliath 23 times in one day. HBU? :P

Hopefully the RMC team has a better day today and doesn't run into problems with the support structure.

Also I looked at the link that was just posted with the park updates and there was nothing about Goliath. This makes me wonder weather or not the ride will open on time. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it does and if it doesn't there is nothing we can do.

I'm sure if the ride doesn't open on time the GP, the media and other coaster enthusiasts will be very mad that it did not open on time.

It's going to be an epic coaster. IF it opens late Im sure anything like that will fade once people start riding it. It will be worth the wait.

Last lift support will be going up VERY soon. Crews are in position to install it and the crane is picking it up.

It's probably an american flag. It's tradition to hang an american flag on the tallest point of a structure being built.

EDIT: I was wrong, it says "Coming Soon" "Goliath"

I do find it interesting, yet unsurprising, that they chose a form of advertisement instead of hanging the America Flag.
