Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
If the lift hill is for some reason not topped off by the end of this week, then it will for sure be topped of next week.

You people that think they're going to lift the entire rest of the lift hill in one piece really need to look into lifting capacity.

I am just going to be thinking wow this wasn't finished a month ago when I go to ride it. So weird to think about... or maybe I am the only one.

If you thought that, then we wouldn't be dealing with a fast moving crew like RMC.
Goliath will most likely be all finished in a few weeks.

Great structural supports but with such a dull sign it makes it look horrible...sign could have some detail besides a shield that says goliath

I agree. Just have the letters sticking out in bronze over the shield with a sword incorporated somewhere in the design.

Maybe I will be in the minority, but I do not think the sign is so bad. At least there is some kind of theming, and it looks better than the flat Iron Wolf sign it replaces and other dull signs in the park. Sometimes simplicity of design can look nicer than an overdone one.

For a Six Flags ride, I think the entry portal looks fine.

I'm glad that there is even some type of theming apparently the maintenance crew is scrambling and are scared they won't get everything done on time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The columns are awesome. The sign is exactly what you would expect. Its the pretty much the same name design weve seen everywhere else. Sent from my XT897 using Tapatalk

The sign is pretty good except for its proportions, as stated above. I don't mind the simplicity, it's the awkward smallness of the "Goliath" shield.

Maintenance has almost nothing to do with Goliath at the moment. Not until RMC finishes what they need to do. RMC need to cycle the trains around and test the ride to make sure it runs properly. Then they hand the ride over to Great America's Maintenance team.

Some of you need to get over yourselves. complain about when this coaster opens, the entrance sign sucks, the coaster is to short. If you don't like it, dont ride it. Tired of hearing bullshit.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

It is all opinion though.....although the sign for me looks like crap I'm not judging the ride itself! The ride will still be fantastic

I think the ride entrance sign looks completely fine and well themed.
