I think he meant a max height for the riders themselves.

It seems like the other side always wins on American Eagle :?
Also, I've ridden Goliath 23 times in one day. HBU? :P

I don't believe Outlaw Run has a maximum height, so I would assume Goliath won't, but we should know for sure before it opens.

my bad, I was hanging pretty bad earlier. I don't think their will be, though if there is I'd guess it'd be 80" That's pretty standard when there is a max.

I might be wrong, but aren't coasters with max height usually (always?) suspended or wing or that sort of thing? Do any coasters with traditional trails like Goliath has have max height limits?

Just got back from Branson and Outlaw Run was absolutely stunning. A tad painful in the very back because of how aggressive it is but still very smooth for a wooden coaster because of the topper track. I would rank it as my new favorite roller coaster. I'm very excited to ride Goliath when it opens in late May!

Yes. It's aggressive like Maverick on the tight turns but fortunately there's not OTSR's on these when it tosses you around. Lots of fun though!

The only coaster that has a max height in our park is V2. That is 80". I don't think Goliath will have a max height.

X-Flight has a max height of 80"? To prevent peoples heads and feet from getting chopped off by a support or fly through element?

The coaster is lookin gorgeous!! :D

As for standard sitdowns with max height, I know Bizarro at SFNE has one & I think its like 76 or 78". We did a huge east coast coaster trip in 2009 & my friend refused to visit with us simply because of this. He also told us SFAm & Darien Lake have them on their "Ride Of Steel"s as well. With Bizarro & Ride Of Steel(DL) I understand why after their accidents.

Usually rides with OTSR's have max height limits because of taller people with bigger torsos not being able to fit well in the harnesses that go over their shoulders.

SFGAm seems to be posting construction videos and pictures on Facebook once a month. I wish they would do it more often.

I know, that's awesome!
On a side note, the structure for the dive loop looks pretty tall. Almost as tall as the top hat element.

Why do they jump around? It's been bugging me for a while, I mean why start the turnaround, start the dive loop, then go back to finish the turnaround? Thanks in advance
