Ride like Full Throttle, in SWAmp spot going around the area like a mad man. The first loop will be 227 feet tall and the best ride ever created @ any SF of all time (I wish)
This just in... 2015 is going to bring us... A. The Great American SkyScreamer B. Increased Admission Prices C. Increased Parking Prices D. More Gaping Holes ***Trip Reports May Vary***
I cant stop laughing. Looks like someone is having to much fun. So I am pretty sure that we can rule out some type of tower only because every tower type ride (Ex. Drop, Sky Screamer) the record has already been broken. They also wouldn't have something say World record if it wouldn't really break a record right?
GoBears wrote:Showing Giant Drop throws me off even more. Does that mean the ride will be Southwest Territory, possibly taking the spot of the Southwest Amphitheater? Does it mean something is happening to Giant Drop or could it mean that something is going to be taller than Giant Drop? We might find out tomorrow on the agenda for this coming Wednesday.
^The only reason they showed Giant Drop is because that's where Brandon Bruce went to get David to talk to Hank.
When you get to the top, and you hear that click, you better hang on, because your coming down quick!
There's a rumor it's gonna be a wooden launch coaster with a top hat similar to Top Thrill Dragster's, but it's also going to be a viewing world record breaking viewing tower, similar to the Eifel Tower at King's Island. And for purchase available at the top, will be Full Throttle. To get back down you must go down the world's most slippery water slide. Intamin, the Gravity Group, and RMC will all join to design and build this.
"Everyone, listen to me! These jerks killed Superboy. They've tried to kill us. Now they say they're going to tear this city apart. I say... like hell."
i think most are putting a lot of imagination in to this. It is kind of obvious blue said is getting the RMC treatment wether it be I box or topper track. I am not sure how much more clear it could be. If it is a record breaker like the book says on the video it is going to be a coaster of some kind. So anyways who knows. We will find out in a couple weeks! (personally id love to see RMC on blue side IBOX style)
Were getting a show presenting Guinness World Records

Why am I starting to hear "Yakety Sax" in my head when I'm reading this thread?
They are definitely messing with us. I bet some of the clues in the video are just playing off of things from here. Like skyscreamer has been mentioned alot. Hank saying "swing by" is a sckyscreamer clue but very well may be a red herring because of all the discussion about a skyscreamer.
The radio call was to SWA which is in the middle of all the flags and markings.

If the park has stated they are watching this site, I'd like to tell them "Hi!" and refer them back to my earlier post about how I really do think I could be better on-air talent than Kit Hoover. Resume tape available upon request.
That is all.
/Ha, we can screw with you right back. //OK ... no, not really.

This makes absolutely no sense it would require you to get out of the car and then the car woul go back to the station AND you'd go down a water slide? Not happening.
My recent sources tell me that was indeed a false rumor. The actual ride is going to be a wild mouse, supended, hyper-coaster. It will be themed after Goldi Locks and the Jivin' Bears, a banned looney tunes cartoon. It will also have the same lift hill and restraint design as Shoot the Rapids.

Dude, us Brewers fans look bad enough this year. Don't make it worse.

All I know about meth, I've learned from Breaking Bad. The stuff's really bad for you, man. Think you should stop using.
As an aside, I think that tweet may have opened the doors to turn this thread into a complete farce. Thanks, Six Flags!

I read this response, and I still can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. My initial reaction was that you misunderstood the original post.
PSA: If you want to be sarcastic, TRY REALLY REALLY HARD, so no one is confused. It happens a lot around here
(ha, ninj'd by PfP!)

I think the Blue car in the reflection as he is "getting walked in" is the obvious clue, I think the "record breaking" is the "first combination wood/hybrid coaster using the same structure" or something like that, the "full throttle can is a tease, but the fact that it is blue is the real clue.... just some thoughts.
jackparanoia wrote:I'm assuming it's safe to say whatever this is won't be part of Hurricane Harbor?
There are many clues leading it to be in Hurricane Harbor though. In the Full Throttle Mug, Hank was drinking water, which means Hurricane Harbor water slide, no?

That's not something that would be in Guinness. Besides, I doubt the structure could support two completely separately operating, completely different rides without MAJOR modification. Nothing is happening to American Eagle, I would put money on it.

I'm definitely not convinced it will be a coaster, because of X-Flight in 2012, but who knows? Back in 2001 we got two coasters, just 2 years after Raging Bull, so anything is possible. If it is a coaster, I hope it is something truly unique that we've never seen before, like Batman was back in the 90's.

1999: Raging Bull 2001: V2 and Deja Vu 2003: Superman: Ultimate Flight 2004: Ragin' Cajun
It's VERY possible.

Full throttle can might be a clue. Red folder also guinness record might be a clue.I dont think we might get a clone if its a record breaker. Follow the Journey through the woods in the old Iron Wolf spot or Southwest Amphitheatermaybe. Maybe it could also be a dual launch coaster red or blue in color first in the world. Bigger and have more inversion than throttle located in the IRON WOLF spot or SWT. I dont think they are going to do anything with eagle for a while because of the full throttle can. Just a guess who knows well have to wait and see
