I know its early to start this but I did have something to ask. I have noticed that there is a full moon on a Friday night, does Six Flags do anything different for a full moon during Fright Fest?

For me, it's never too early to think about Fright Fest! It is my favorite time of the year at the park. To answer your question, I don't believe anything like this has been done before, but the marketing/ PR people might see it as a chance to benefit sales and attendance, so it wouldn't surprise me if they did. I haven't heard any news yet regarding Fright Fest this year but I hope it will be even bigger than last year. I'm pretty sure 2012 FF was the busiest one I've ever seen and it helped that they made a couple of new scares/ FF areas.
Last year I felt like Fright Fest was really weak. Hardly any characters were walking around and The Wicked Woods haunted house a complete joke. Coming from a haunted house "enthusiast," the only one I enjoyed was Mausoleum of Terror. I really hope they step it up this year, and bring a new element to Fright Fest.
"Everyone, listen to me! These jerks killed Superboy. They've tried to kill us. Now they say they're going to tear this city apart. I say... like hell."

I believe Six Flags is currently hiring for Fright Fest. I was driving and listening to the radio and heard an ad to bring your scariest screams and tactics etc to their hiring event.
Saw a sign in the park today advertising for Bermuda Triangle located in Hurricane Harbor. The sign said that it will include 2 new haunted houses. My jaw dropped!!
^ They must have just put that up since I didn't see it yesterday, but I did hear in the season pass ad that this years Fright Fest will feature "several new attractions." It's great to see that they're investing more money in it, but hopefully they bring up the budget for scare actors quite a bit. I've always felt that our scare zones should be the strongest part of the event since we have so many, they have decent theming, and the re-themed rides are a big part of FF, but the lack of actors have held them back from being the best part.
If someone could take a picture of the sign though, that'd be great.
I would think they would have the 2 haunted houses in both of the pools - wavepool, and the regular pool. Or, like they did for Roaring Rapids, Lazy River, and wavepool.

Only doing the new haunt if you can buy one haunted house ticket again.....I didn't like the whole idea of paying $20 for all the haunts last year as only a few of them were good!

I don't mean to be busting your bubble, but Fright Club will probably be back this year. I think the park would have more people attend last year if they did more advertising of it. What was the moto they used? "Fright Club: Don't talk about it". They could have made it more known what it was instead of people passing by a bouncer wondering what the hell they were walking into.
When you get to the top, and you hear that click, you better hang on, because your coming down quick!

::sigh:: If it's back I will be surprised. I'm not just thinking stuff up in my head.
^^ Oh, I know you weren't, I was just saying that it most likely will be back this year. Sorry If I came off as a snob or something. Definitely wasn't my intention.

That picture could not make it anymore clear. Everything that is coming back is on that ad. Fright Club is not coming back. If you spent any time in Fright Club last year, you would have seen that it bombed. Just about as popular as Buccaneer Battle.
Fright Club wasn't a bad idea, it was just poorly done. The age limit excluded too many people, and it was so hidden that you could barely see it. Had they put it somewhere like in the amphitheater, I'm sure it would have been more successful.
The sign also shows that Deadline won't be coming back, which hopefully means they plan to be working on the 2014 coaster then. No big loss, but it was fun to walk through once.

If the picture couldn't make it anymore clear. Then where are the names of the Bermuda Triangle Haunted houses?

Since Full Moon Rocksplosion is returning, is it safe to say that they will be taking down the igNight stage? I doubt they would incorporate a new video projection part into an old show and not change the whole thing...
