We got v2 and deja vu in 2001 see what happened that year. I don't think so but you never know.

I consider Freeze and V2 to be different enough experiences to make it OK. If I had to pick, I'd take Freeze over V2. Plus, with Freeze's loading system, it's far less of a capacity mess than V2 is.

I see what you're saying, but I respectfully disagree. I'd be OK with a Freeze-type ride.

Of the possible options, my guess would be either a SkyScreamer and/or a new body slide for Hurricane Harbor for 2014 with possibly a mid-size coaster (ZacSpin or Primeir launched) for 2015.

If that happened, I believe Spacely could fit where Cajun is. I looked at that on google a few years back, and I think it could be shoehorned in there. That could then enlarge Iron Wolfs old spot. There is also the old wilderness theater back by wolf that could come out. So there actually is plenty of space available back there for something pretty big. I doubt any of this happens though.

I'd really rather not. The older style like Mr. Freeze, etc. I've never enjoyed, and the newer ones like SUF at SFDK and Full Throttle have absolutely insanely horrid capacity.

Mack and Intamin both are making good capacity launchers and B&M has announced they are ready to try.

When was the last time premier built anything like Mr. Freeze in the US? Though I like Freeze a lot I don't see one of those being built, kind of an old school ride now.

I don't think they'd split the kiddie coaster from the other attractions close by.

If the rumors are true and Cajun is in fact leaving.....I'm hoping we don't lose a capacity nightmare for a newer one.

In general....just because a company hasn't built something for "X amount of years" doesn't mean that they wouldn't do it if a park asked them to.

If we lost Cajun (Which I hope) I'd personally replace it with a Multi Looping Euro Fighter with Lap Bars.

I have heard rumbles about Ragin Cajun as well! Not sure if its true, but I haven't been on that ride in many years so I am okay if it leaves the park!

In terms of what is new for 2014, I would be surprised if it's any sort of BRAND NEW coaster because we just go one last year so expect Iron Wolf's spot to remain dormant. As much as I would like to see a Skyscreamer, I just don't see that happening anymore. Not really sure what it could be. We could use a good NEW flat ride. Perhaps Orbit goes if they can't get that fixed. Several park employees said that this year's plans are a very well kept secret and only to top Great America personnel know what is going on, so perhaps it is going to be something big or unexpected! We find out in 28 days!

^Honestly, what I feel is that when you have Screamscape not saying much about anything RECENTLY in regards to a new coaster, than that to me means it's going to be something smaller, like this year it was with Ignight. Sure, they mentioned something in February, but than they didn't say anything recently. When stuff gets closer to being announced, Screamscape is usually on the ball with this type of stuff, and little info from screamscape is code for something smaller.

^You could very well be right! I am not expecting something HUGE for the next year. Screamscape didn't know about igNite until the day before the announcement, but had X Flight pegged WAY IN ADVANCE, but like I said, apparently this year's plans are extremely top secret so maybe Screamscape doesn't know! I think Cajun is going to go through, leaving 2 empty spaces in our park next year!

Last year today is when they started teasing for igNIGHT with the crate. So I wouldn't be surprised if we see something teasing for 2014 come up soon.

Judging by the teaser, this new attraction may be... 8) ground breaking.

In the description for the teaser it says, "Dare to follow the journey?" Seems like dare almost implies a thrill ride of sone sort.

I think we can all agree that this will either be a fantastic ride in every way or a bigger letdown than Chang.

From the video I think it will be a dinosaur animatronic exhibit similar to Dinosaurs Alive. From the ground breaking in the video, that seems like the dinosaurs walking and breaking the ground. They say follow the journey and I could see that being the journey to their extinction, life, or something similar. Thats just what I think it may be based on the video. I hope that's not it though because that would be 2 letdowns, 2 years in a row. Hopefully they will release some other information regarding the 2014 addition soon though.

By breaking into the ground, they could be saying they're re-landscaping the front entrance to go better with the new entrance area so it's not as crowded and more organized. Also, it could be a first of its kind ride/coaster. But personally, I think new front gate landscape change and a smaller new ride with possible removal of cajun or condor.

I don't think they would put in a dinosaur type of attraction, considering Brookfeild Zoo has something like that, but I do agree that the ground breaking may be the product of some type of large creature, hinting towards a possible theme.

Anyway, I'm going to stop my speculation before it gets out of hand. My mind is racing with ideas, and I don't want to be disappointed, or let anyone else down due to my wild predictions. :D

Maybe a ride called Goliath????????? Pounding into the ground could stand for something going BIG.

allegedly the contract at KI for Dinosaurs Alive expires this year. I think they'll renew because that's a ton of stuff to move, but I thought the same exact thing when I first saw the video.

They wouldn't hype new landscaping and that's not a journey you would go on so I'm not really sure how you came up with this idea.
