The only thing I am jealous of, is that I don't have as creative of an imagination as you do. You imagine that you're someone special, that knows what a park is getting before they announce it. I think it's pretty funny because you're the one with the problem. The problem is you that you think you know what Great America is getting next year, when in reality, you really have no clue on what they are getting next year.
So try not to lie in the future saying you know what parks are getting in the future, when you don't.

On the one hand, if he really does know, then there's no good reason to tell us he knows, other than to basically brag, ♫ "Ha ha ha-ha ha, I know and you don't!" ♫, which is a jerk thing to do and only gets us riled up, which he seems to enjoy. I'm sure plenty of folks have inside knowledge and are smart enough not to do that, knowing that our discussions here only help draw interest to the park, both our own and others'.

If he doesn't know, and he's just mocking our enjoyable, intelligent sport of using our knowledge of theme park strategy to try to tap into the brains of Hank and the like without actually having any inside knowledge, then that's also a jerk thing to do.

So, either way, he's a jerk. Which kind of makes him a troll. So don't feed the trolls.

Theyre reversing Whizzers train and a adding a new show called Super Ignite 2 complete with more new songs and bigger fireworks LOL. Sf always late with announcements. Im pretty sure Dollywood and Cedar Fair will upstage Sf flags with their new addittions in 2014. Well have to wait and see even employees dont know nothing so dont ask them anything. I just hope its not a 200 ft whirligig could you imagine getting stuck in one of those when they have a power outage on summer or a Gerstlauer coaster with what happenned to Smiler in the UK yikes.

Yeah, I heard the new slogan for Super Ignite 2 is going to be "bigger than New York Broadway and Disney World shows combined" Also, I heard Super Ignite 2 is going to have all the singers signing autographs before and after the show. I can't wait for that. I have to buy my season pass right away!! lol

What I find funny is that I thought Fright Fest was the biggest event in the parks history, but I guess it's not anymore!

As for the comment not announcing early enough for Six Flags, I don't agree with that. They are early. It's the end of August which I find to be quite early.

Condor would do nicely with a lighting upgrade. It looks pretty run down at night. But I'm thinking some fresh LED lights would make it look almost new! And light up the evening sky :-)

LED's ruined Orbit's classic look...don't let another suffer.

^^I disagree with you saying that it looks run-down at night. The only part where someone might have validity to say it looks rundown at night is the stupid LED lights (the Condor name on top) in which some of them are out! I'm not against led lights in general because some of the rides have nice looking LED lights, but I'm sort of against how led lights are supposed to last forever basically, and than they don't. The Orbit, Triple Play, and Hometown Fun Machine look good with led, but the problem I have with those rides (especially the long tubed led) is that if you turn the lights on a minute before it's pitch dark, you really can't see the led that good which in turn to me defeats the purpose of putting lights on.

If I'm talking in general for led lights, the type of led lights I like the best are like the Condor bulbs on the circular parts, but they are led. What matters to me more on a ride than led bulbs or not led bulbs is the programming of the lights on the ride. There are some terrible programming with lights on some of these carnival rides in my opinion. For instance, I think the Dartron Cliffhanger ride, and Scooters at carnivals have terrible programming. Just way too fast, and feels like I can get a seizure by watching those. You put led lights on those rides, and I'm still not impressed. The colors to me also matter. You put some colors that don't blend, and the ride still doesn't look good.

^ LED lights do not last forever, they burn out just like any other lights. They just are suppose to last much longer and use less electricity. I do think a lighting package would make Condor look amazing, that is if they keep up maintainance on it.

I replaced all the bulbs in my pinball machine with LED bulbs and it looks amazing! :-)

It's the tower lights that I'm mainly referring too. There are bulbs burnt out, missing, and I think those "white" bulbs look almost brown now. Everyone has their opinion on whether or not LEDs ruin the classic look to a ride. I just figure nice solid white (or a better color...) would look better than brownish bulbs with many sockets even missing at this point.

Well....

Based on Surveys, Either we are getting a Spinning Ride, An African Themed Ride, or a Mack Twist & Splash

I personally see a Spinning Flat ride as an African Ride wouldn't fit in any themed area and SFGAm hasn't had success with Mack Water rides (Buccaneer Battle)

If I were to "guess" on the flat, It would either be a Funtime Rocket ride or a Gerstlaurer Ride.

Those surveys don't necessarily apply to our park.

Multiple parks have sent out this survey, so I wouldn't assume that it has anything to do with our park necessarily.

My Magic 8 ball still says Iron Wolf will be re-united with an old, cajun friend. Leaves two big, empty holes, but not two spots close together for a single larger attraction. Of the possible options, my guess would be either a SkyScreamer and/or a new body slide for Hurricane Harbor for 2014 with possibly a mid-size coaster (ZacSpin or Primeir launched) for 2015.

I'd really rather not. The older style like Mr. Freeze, etc. I've never enjoyed, and the newer ones like SUF at SFDK and Full Throttle have absolutely insanely horrid capacity.
