^Don't know for sure. Just some workers.

The black frame is indeed for a sign...

Me: "@SFGreat_America what's going on that black frame on the station of X-Flight? Is it a sign?"

SFGAm: "@tmains4 Yes."

Simple answer but yes it is a sign. :)

The 10th is what I meant to write. Really mad about Tech college funding right now.
Candy: What you lookin' at?
Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama.
Candy: Yeah, you see something you like?
Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.

Ditto, I'm signed up for second shift, as long as I don't work that day and I wake up in time.

A limited number of ACE members were invited to media day. Well actually all ACE members were invited on a first come first serve basis. They got 2 shifts, one i would assume mainly for media from 4am-9am, then a second shift 9am-2pm which I would assume would be mostly shooting B-Roll.

I've been told that I cannot bring anyone, only me - and I have to bring my ACE card/ID too... So, they are restricting this. Sorry my friend

The lights on the black frame are on as well as the station lights. They have been working late underneath the station for a few nights now.

FROM FACEBOOK

This is Hank Salemi, Park President of Six Flags Great America. There is still a good bit of work left to do on X Flight before we open it but I rode it for the first time yesterday and I was blown away. It is an incredible coaster. I don’t want to give away any of its secrets, you will have to ride it to uncover those, but let’s just say it's smoother than Bull and better than Batman!

I hope it has the same intensity that B:TR has. :)
Don't fight the Bull, ride the Bull!

Best 2011 Moment: "I lost my phone on Raging Bull!"
"WELL I LOST A SOCK!!!"
Best 2012 Moment: "No good! DREAM ON!"
Best 2013 Moment: "I came here for Auntie Anne's pretzels and coasters......in that order!"

That's a pretty dumb thing to say. Someone in the position that Salemi is in should know how to build hype for a ride without creating unrealistic expectations that won't be met and will lead to disappointment. This is like the Bulls going after LeBron James and Dwayne Wade a few seasons ago and then ending up with, uh, Carlos Boozer.

I'll be the first to admit if I was wrong, but there is no way that the three other Wingriders are forceless gimmick coasters that rely on looking neat and nothing else while SFGAm's is an epic masterpiece.

It's not a dumb thing to say. If HE likes it more, HE likes it more. He didn't say the forces were better, not everyone needs tons of forces to love rides. I have been on Wild Eagle and its a fun ride just not a top 10 ride. Didn't feel gimmicky to me. I guess if the Wing riders are, so are inverts, flyers, floorless, etc.

That's the way I interpreted his comment, I imagine he'd trumpet whatever other new additions he presides over in a similar manner.

Plus, no matter what, it's still his opinion.

Some people love Whizzer, and some hate it, just like Raging Bull, or anyone's favorite coaster.

It's all opinions man... :P
