If you look closely at the webcam, you can see that the cars have not been themed yet....just put on the track. In the one shot it appears that cars are are even still shrink wrapped.

I'm guessing they will add the stuff once all the cars have been loaded on the track. What's strange to me is why are the only 2 cars on there at this point. They must be testing something is my only conclusion
Not sure whats up with the webcam now. The camera appears to still be working fine and you can still get still images, but the webcam applet is completely missing from the website so you can only get it through SFGAm World or going directly to the webcam itself at: http://166.241.21.24/sample/oneshot.html
It seems to be working fine now. It appeared that this worker was flashing a light on and off on the 2 cars unless it was just an odd reflection that was in a pattern. It was coming from his chest but looked like he was holding a light.

Top 3 Steel Coasters: 1. The Incredible Hulk 2. Maverick 3. Dragon Challenge (Fireball)
Top 3 Wood Coasters: 1. The Beast 2. American Eagle (Red) 3. Hades
I know this is an X-Flight topic, but since it says new for 2012, I would like to know if anyone knows about the shows the park is getting especially for the Pictorium? Are they going to have Part 2 of Six Flags Great America History thing?? I really hope they do.. I would ask about concerts, but that's probably asking for too much.

I'm assuming the answer is "Time".
Its the flash pass system that was announced at No Coaster Con.
I forgot about that. Aren't they rearranging or adding more stairs to accommodate that for the slides?
Anyways, I haven't seen them working much on the station yesterday or today so I wonder if they are continuing to work on the control tower element and other things of the ride.

I'm guessing they're working on the flythrough and/or the hangar. They're also starting to do landscaping. Dump trucks have been in and out all day spreading topsoil around the helix.

As I explained before, I just sort of think they are only going to have the Flash Pass on rides like Tornado, Wave Rider (which is "one side" out of two), Bahama Mamma / Bubba Tubba, and the newer slides in the newer part. The thing is that they have the tube rentals already for the Lazy River, Wavepool, and the other older slides which is cutting in line really. They purposely don't have enough tubes for each slide so the rental people can cut ahead of the regular people.
For a ride like the Tornado, sure you can separate the stairs all the way to the top, but remember people bring those tubes up the thing, and to me that's not enough space to whereas Bahama Mamma you can completely separate the line, and it doesn't matter because you aren't bringing the rafts up the stairs.
In the X-Treme pass, they still had the tube rentals, but they didn't say Flash Pass, so I think they are going to have both. "Free Hurricane Harbor tube rentals — one tube per day per pass, no deposit required"

^I just see that system being flawed and annoying. With that said, in my roughly 10 trips per year I get a flashpass 5/10 times. So sorry if I inconvenience or annoy anyone .
^Well, if you look at Six Flags America, they are doing the this Hurricane Harbor Flash pass too, and they have 6 slides (one which is a complex of 2 slides) on the Flash Pass, and 7/8 other things that aren't. I think Mat Racers, Tornado, Bahama Mamma / Tubba, new raft slide, newer body slides, new wave thing I would think would have the Flash Pass, and the rest maybe tube rentals. I don't know. I forgot about mat racers before. The other older body slides could have it too just because they need something for people to cut the line.
I would expect the price for this flash pass to go even go higher up than what it is because if you are adding Hurricane Harbor water slides plus the other rides in the regular park, that's a lot of rides for that price.

I sure hope that the price doesn't go up, even though it probably will. I think X-Flight will be available only on platinum because they know people will pay so they can ride it quicker. If only they would make a separate flash pass for Hurricane Harbor. That won't happen though..
Flash Pass in the Theme Park and Hurricane Harbor Flash Pass will be 2 completely separate things for our park. Hurricane Harbor will use the watches like SFA got, but the theme park will continue using the Q-Bots.
