There are now 3 track pieces on the site. Two supports are up. The first one is coming up from the first drop. The second support appears to be for the curve going into the corkscrew.

Do you think the trench next to the nearer support might be kept intact after all? If the track curves around it, a water-filled (or dry, doesn't matter really) trench would seem like a pretty standard scenery element. It's just curious that the footers there are large blocks, which to me is indicative of being exposed to the elements.

However, it still wouldn't surprise me if they filled it back up eventually.

I believe I see a 3rd support now up on another tall/exposed footer where the trench is.

^Don't fret, you only missed three supports and one piece of track since yesterday. It's not that exciting. Tomorrow is when track piece 2 goes in seeing as it's sitting on the ground directly next to the supports.

The cam is so blurry, you can barely tell what's going on in the far back. It's the close areas that can be seen clearly.

There's actually at least 2, and maybe 3 track pieces up. The entire valley for the first drop is done.

That was the bottom of the first drop? I always imaged the first drop closer to Demon's corkscrew's. Shows you what I know

From what I can tell only one track piece was put up. It's just the downward part of the valley. The support to the left of it is the upward swing, and the support to the right of it is for nearly (or fully) vertical track.

The track piece in front of that one is also there, but it's hard to see because of the camera angle

Not tripod, its an A-frame. And it is the support for halfway up the drop as seen in the rendering.

There's another large support in front of the other large support for the inverted drop. I assume, looking at the rendering, it's for the first zero-G roll.

They are bringing up another support right now. I can't tell the exact shape because my eyes are a bit too tired to focus on the camera right now since I just woke up with a cold and blurry eyes. There also appears to be another really small support next to the larger one they are putting up now.

They sure are moving fast. I've watched them put up two supports already today. It looks like the supports waiting to go up are laying next to the crane.

Holy support installation Batman. That crew is rocking it at the moment. Thanks to the weather, knock on wood, we should be seeing some serious track work being done within the next few weeks too.
Push down, then pull up. Exit to your left/right. And, enjoy the rest of your day at Six Flags! Your friendly enthusiast Kyle.

Their progress is quite remarkable. The supports are going up fast. I can't wait to drive by the site in a week.

Pretty sure this has been mentioned before, but the construction crews do not work on weekends (well, atleast until they're way behind schedule).
