The ending curves (figure 8) was supposed to fly in and out of buildings. And i'm pretty sure it wasn't suppose to be built on top of gravel

I don't mind that it is all gravel under Raging Bulls last curves but it still would have been really cool if they would have put those buildings up.

The Que for this will be no shorter than 2 hours. Yet it will relief some stress at other rides so their is give and take

Hope this is the big scenery roller coaster or even really good theming. So far i think that Viper and Batman have the best it the park right now which is pretty sad.

I wouldnt say that's sad at all, Viper was pretty good theming, especially in the station.

B:TR, TDK and Demon have the best. Viper has a good station but that's it. RB's station is decent. Others such as V2, AE, Whizzer have no theming what so ever

That doesn't mean they look bad though. V2 looks nice over the water and Whizzer could have no better location than flying through the trees

I noticed alot of the park seemed really open. You realize that this is literally right next to Demon's Corkscrews. Plue seeing IW from Southwest Amiptheater (not for much longet though)

I really hope that SFGAm puts in more trees to make up for this last year. It's starting to look more like a Cedar Fair park with huge open areas. Plus with a cleared area by Iron Wolf, the park is going to look really bare next season.

A great ride is awesome but like others said you have to balance that with some excellent scenery. I really hope they go all out for this ride.

When I was there on Saturday walking past the constuction site, I didn't realize how HUGE that area was until everything was removed. Walking past the construction, you feel a different atmoshpere of the park, one of which I have never felt before. You definitly get great views of the park with that whole area cleared out. Especially Demon :D . I vote that County Fair should be renamed Cedar Fair for the remainder of the season cause it definitly has quite a bit of a Cedar Fair atmosphere to it  .

Iron Wolf area will not be as bad because it is far in the back. even if nothing goes there, it will not stick out like County Fair used to with that giant whole for not one not two but three seasons.

Looks like they're making some good progress. I'm going this Sunday so hopefully I can get some updates of my own on Iron Wolf and X-Flight. (I haven't gone since Labor Day weekend.) They better go all out on the theming and scenery and not pull a Raging Bull on us. :P

Interesting how that whole area has been leveled except the gas station themed building for the old car ride.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

^That is interesting. I wonder what they could possibly use that for since they kept it. I would think they would want a new building in a convenient location for storage or a queue line for the ride but I'm not sure what they will use that for.
