I said this earlier but nobody was really interested at the time.
Regarding the X-Plane/ Stealth Bomber, do you think the ride will have one as a prop in the line kind of what they did on Green Lantern?

It would be nice if they made up some sort of plane or a type of jet you go through but it would have to be of cheap material. What I don't want to see is them using a prop and having it go untouched and eventually end up looking like junk regardless if it's inside a building or not. A full scale model is a 170+ wing span so definitely something smaller. I did learn there are various versions of the B2 planes averaging around 1.5 to 2.5 billion dollars.

I actually was corrected upon the announcement that the X is for the plane, not extreme...so oops my bad...either way, it could be extreme, whatevs haha. Still think the name could have been better, more creative but its growin on me, & regardless again, I love the addition. THR3E GREAT YEARS IN A ROW!!
Chitown wrote:^As far as the other Wingrider names: Raptor, Swarm, and Wild Eagle aren't exactly mind blowing names either.
Yeah, but that has nothing to do with our park's/company's creativity. I would have loved for our park to market the whole "end of the World" deal with a name like "Cataclysm" or somethin Apocalyptic. Ugh haha
answer to if this ride will be smooth VERY smooth. Raging Bull in its early years was like riding on glass it was so smooth X- Flight is a B&M coaster like Bull Bat Wolf and SUF. Wolf was the first coaster B&M ever made. Raptor at Cedar Point is very smooth but if you're talking about the Raptor in gardaland that also looks very smooth and fast
Highly likely it will be smooth because of past B&M coasters like it that are flawless. It will be smooth probably for its whole life at SFGAm.

Smooth and Air-Like on the front of the train but the further back you sit the more vicious and intense it gets. The back outside seats give very wild ride that is unlike anything I've been on before.
It is not rough. It is jolty in places as is to be expected but this makes no impact on the ride experience.
I love that it says "Raptor" is vicious in the back. If ours is all around much larger I wonder how it's going to be. I can't wait to try X-Flight in the back as I'm sure it will jolt you around a bit on the inversions which will be awesome! If it's as smooth and relaxed as Bull, it won't be fun. Do to X-Flight's what appears to be fast turns and twists will not be relaxed which is good.

I thought the Terminator re-theme and Swarm at Thorpe was sufficient enough. Iron Wolf re-theme put it in the 'overdone' category for me. Just my opinion.
I guess we won't know until Saturday but I wonder how much progress they have made. I wish they kept us more updated on the FB page but I guess there might not be much to update on until the track arrives. I wonder when they will get started going vertical.

It's just a simulation, I wouldn't say it's EXACT, but it's going to be darn close. The Sim doesn't show queues, entrances, exits, or specifics on the station (operator booth, gates, etc.) Just like No Limits, the colors might be a bit darker than the sim.

Of course that's what the ride is gonna look like.
no need to be a smart ass. Like I said, it's just a simulation, like No Limits. There will be some differences, but none too noticeable.
