Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Well, there are 2 things I seen different, and I would like to say good job SFGam! For Triple Play, they repainted the line wooden rails - an orange color, and brown for the poles, and for Demon line, it looks to be somewhat painted -those fences. I hope they continue this, and do Batman the Ride in the tunnel area.

I agree. I'm glad to see some park improvements and hope it continues. Upgrades to some existing rides would be great as well such as new harnesses for V2. I know they refreshed its trains not long ago but the restraints are all torn up.

Speaking of harnesses, will X-Flight's be comfortable? They look like the softer almost rubber feel. I wonder if it's like Superman's.

^From what it looks like they are modified version of the flyer restraints.

^^ Knowing B&M they should be fairly comfortable. They do a good job of fitting people of different sizes

I just know the harnesses are designed that even if the ride is rough, you won't be hitting your head on anything!

I would've liked to see new/different restraints for X-F because it seems that B&M has been reusing alot of systems they already designed. (Example: Canada's Wonderland 300 ft coaster having the hyper-coaster seats. Same as RB which was new stuff back in 1999.)

But i guess they're focus hasn't been on restraints and more on the Wing rider itself. Even that is innovative so it all works out.

Plus if the harnesses work, why change them? B&M hyper harnesses and more comfortable than Intamin giga's to this day. Even Superman's harness isn't that bad though it is a bit bulky. X-Flight seems to be a bit slimmer than Superman's.

^Intamin needs to fix all of there restraints. All of them either hurt or are very uncomfortable.

Their newer restraints are actually fairly comfortable in that they aren't bulky. Like on Avatar at MOA or the new ones they put on S:EFK.

If the restraints of XF are as slim as they look, it should be comfortable.

I'm 99% sure they did that because they already have the new staggered trains on Behemoth.

The ride is gonna be AWESOME!!!!!!!!! I'm really hoping that the ride is built as shown with scenery and all. Has anyone spotted any survey markers or pieces for the ride yet? (P.S- I'm going to the park this weekend, is it busy enough to want to buy a flash pass? And I'll have to leave at 4:00 because its a 6 hour drive home. So should I or not? RAGING BULL HERE I COME!!!! Haha.) Anyway, I'm hoping they move dare devil dive because I think its place next to the eagle is just so awkward.

There are survey markings along the Midway outside the SWF area. Look on the ground by the little boats, arcade, and pizza place.

I seen an orange ribbon on a Demon support. Why?

Demon's supports will be "modified" to accompany X-Flight. It's not too drastic, but it will look different.

The whole County Fair area is going to look drastically different next year. Bittersweet not seeing Wolf, but awesome seeing the new wonder. Also buildings and such that are there now, are going to be moved around and modified as well.
Push down, then pull up. Exit to your left/right. And, enjoy the rest of your day at Six Flags! Your friendly enthusiast Kyle.

There are markings on the midway near the arcade and attitudes. Now that's pretty darn close.

Probably won't be too croweded although the weather does look nice i'd still say the most you would have to wait is 30 mins

Now that's the best attitude on the whole situation to have. Although I'm hoping for late summer for X-Flight.

The SFGA Facebook page said "May-ish." Hardly specific, but it seems they are going to at least attempt to have X-Flight ready by opening day.
