hey all i was just wondering when is the best time to go to six flags? like what month, what days, and why.
Openimg 3 weeks are ussually empty.
Top 5: 1) El Toro. 2) Maverick. 3) Millenium Force. 4) Diamondback. 5) X2.

If you don't care about entertainment, May and September. Weather is not bad for IL and crowds are lite to non-existent. Weekdays in May are my favorite time with the kids on trips getting there late and leaving early. Most days every single ride was walk-on and re-rides.
Yeah first couple of weeks into the opening season are the best. then last week in august and all of september after the kids go back to school.
 First 2 weeks into Fright Fest are good. I went opening day of Fright Fest and it was almost dead. A tad busy but nothin to whine about.
It's pretty empty right now.
