Fright Fest Questions

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

While I disagree with just about everything WhitelikeRice said about the park in regards to Fright Fest,

I agree with him that if he doesn't like how fright fest has been presented to him, in his opinion then why not say something about it here.

There is a right and wrong way of doing that so you don't sound like some jerk of course, but never the less if they feel FF is inferior then by all means.

The problem in lies when you start to compare Disney or Universal's Halloween events to that of Six Flags, where its pretty much comparing apples and oranges.

I have a question. How is Love at First Fright this year? My wife goes to that show every year and wanted me to ask all of you that went how it was?

I know this is a stupid question, but what is Larry looking at? Is it the Eagle, or does he want to climb Giant Drop? Or does he hate spiders, and he wants to get them off the Eagle? Sure, stupid stuff, but they face him that way for a reason. Otherwise, why not let him face the parking lot.

I really wish they change more of Love at First Fright. Have some different songs or something. To me, it's getting tired.

Any body know of any other ticket discounts for this year besides, jewel and the online one?
Candy: What you lookin' at?
Otis B. Driftwood: I'm lookin' at you, mama.
Candy: Yeah, you see something you like?
Otis B. Driftwood: Maybe. I set my standards pretty low, so I'm never disappointed.

Wait. Is there a discount for the haunted houses at jewel and/or online?? Or are you talking about the admission ticket being discounted at jewel/online?

Frightfest is my favorite time of the year and I was wondering when do places/websites start announcing rumors/details/plans for Frightfest? I was wondering because Knott's Berry Farm has announced their details for their Halloween hauntings for this year and maybe other parks/sites will start making rumors or small hints/details at this time of the year?? :P

I agree, Fright Fest is the best time to go to the park - but don't think you'll see any information or announcements for the next several months. In the past, SFGAm releases information near the end of the regular season - most of which gets unleashed in the weeks they are closed between the regular season and Fright Fest.

One can only wonder what will happen to Terror Twister 2 this year
