A Chicago schoolteacher who police say recorded videos of men and juvenile males undressing inside Six Flags Great America's Hurricane Harbor was arrested after an off-duty police officer noticed the suspect holding a cell phone under a stall taking video of the officer, police said.
Police said Jaime A. Jimenez, 39, of 2233 S. Canal recorded the 25-year-old off duty police officer without his knowledge. The officer confronted Jimenez and caught him after a short foot chase at 2:19 p.m. June 19, police said.
Gurnee police subsequently found video footage of young and adult males on the phone, and removed several items from the man's apartment for further analysis, police said. Jimenez told police he's a Chicago teacher.
Jimenez was charged with one count of unauthorized video recording and live video transmission, a class three felony. Jimenez is being held on a $20,000 bond and Chicago Public School officials have been notified of his arrest, officials said.

Why? Because one perv got caught, no one else should be allowed to take video of their day at the park? That's a little over reactionary.
At the water park, yes. If you think this is a one time thing, you are foolish.
It would be difficult to enforce too. The park could stop people from taking large cameras into the park, but people have smaller cameras and camera phones. My camera is small enough to fit in my pocket and no one knows I have it unless I take it out.
Perverts and sickos at SFGAm? No surprise, but still very sad.
At least, on the bright side, he was caught and will be fully prosecuted. Also, I'm betting he gets a lifetime ban from the park also - which is something that should happen to anyone who's sick in the head like this. The park should definitely never allow people like this to be in their park - which s usually filled with kids.
I could've sworn they already have a no cameras policy in the restrooms/changing rooms, cell phone or otherwise. As for the rest of the waterpark, cameras and video cameras should be okay. However, if you do see some creepy guy taking video or pictures of kids that aren't his own, it should be reported.
Didn't this just happen last year with some people from Kenosha who were taking pictures of kids in the restrooms in the amusement park side, too?
Sorry but, I hate being stared at when Im at the park in general. I dont care who you are, I HATE being stared at! Friggin teenagers and the aroma of hormones and pubescence reeks in the park. The stench pollutes my eyes and nose.
