^^It's all because of height requirement that Demon is still around at the park. Also, you have a weird layout where it goes over a walkway too. If it was 54 inches, I betcha Demon would be gone by now.

i rode demon first before i rode iron wolf. If Iron Wolf was taken down no one would protest, except some acers. I think demon would be harder to take down since it has a larger amount of riders.
In case anybody is going to ask TOTC=Turn of the Century.

During my last trip to SFGAm, Brian and I were told by a member on here to try out the back of the train as it was a lot smoother. We totally had our doubts, but decided to try it anyway. Surprisingly, we actually had a very enjoyable, smooth ride in the back row on Iron Wolf. I couldn't believe it.
Really? On opening day me and my friend had a mini marathon on Wolf. We rode 4 straight in front row and it was very good. Then we decided to go backrow and it hurt like hell. Our marathon ended.

Whoever told you that the last row on IW was okay apparently has brain damage from riding in the back row too much. Yesterday I decided to give that concept a test..... Needless to say im never doing that again. Front Rows 1-3 are the only rows that are "ok" on IW.
front row on iron wolf was bareable but not reridable. When i go next week im gonna try last row to see how bad it hurts me. Im going with my friend who likes iron wolf the best of all the roller coatsters at great america but we never go on it because it hurts my head and my other friends i go with heads a lot lol.

The trains are numbered but not sure where the number is on the train. Next, make sure to keep your legs straight and unbent. I know we want to make our legs bent so we can have room to bend them but that is real important in keeping the legs straight. Also, make sure the back of your shoes are touching the back of the cart, making sure your feet go back as much as possible till they hit the back of the train. Finally, stick your head as far out in front as possible. So basically your whole entire self is a diagonal if you are on the ride. Hope this helps everyone!
That is exactly how I ride it everytime. Basically my shoulders are at the top of the restraints like i'm locked in between my feet and my shoulders. When the corkscrew comes up, my head does not bang against the restraints.
Although, last Saturday I was there and IW had a posted 60 min. wait time. The line was past the station in the front well into the covered area. It has been a while since I saw that.
Holy Cow! Wow! Man, I havent seen a 60 minute wait in years. I bet all the kids are getting their last visits to SFGAM before school starts lmao! If Iron Wolf had a 60 min wait, I cannot possibly imagine wait time for most of the other rides, especially Raging Bull!!
I've seen the park have to setup a temporary queue for Bull before since they filled the normal one to the brim. The park has been OVERLY crowded this season. Which is great, I guess.
I am a fan of rides with low lines, and thats what you get with Iron Wolf.... The only thing which they could do to improve the ride would be to hand out neck braces to people exiting the ride...
