The crowd at SFGAm has continued to get more ghetto and misbehaved as the years have gone on. I guess thats what happens when you are near a large city and have 2 for 1 tickets. CP has some deals on tickets now too hence a little bit more riff-raff this year. This is just a guess of course.
I was just at CP a month ago, and the do tell you that on MF as well. And Viper, sadly I agree with you 100%. It seems to me the GP at our park misbehave a lot more, and they don't follow the rules as often as they should. I don't blame the park at all for it, they are excellent at dealing with the problems for the most part, but that's the way it is.

Is this some kind of joke?
The people at Cedar Point are straight up freaks, it's like a melting pot, because it's "the greatest park in the world" (HAHAHAHAAHA LMFAOOOOO yeah right) so many people of different cultures from all over are there, and there all general weirdos. At least the people at SFGAm are less creepy
I've never noticed an international crowd at CP, if anything it's mostly white trash from Ohio...better or not than all Chicagoland a**holes that are all full of themselves and call people who are not like them freaks /\, you decide
If you want to see real international attendance come visit Orlando, where half the attendance at the parks at the moment are tour groups from South America and the other half are vacationing from Europe. Nothing like standing in a queue being the only group that speaks [American] English

I legit saw a boy and his friends who looked about 16 smoking at Cedar Point.... and they weren't even in the Designated Smoking Area!
[quote="Ilovthevu' Can't they fix that incline by having a really tiny ramp so people are going up that part instead of tripping and not noticing it? Make tiny concrete at a slant or do something about it. It just seems like to me that Six Flags doesn't want to ever fix stuff regarding lines after they build rides. They just let it be and that's it. I have haven't been on Eagle for the longest time, but have they yet fixed the one line goes into 2 lines, and than goes back into 1 line, and than goes back into 2 lines thing.[/quote]
I've had the same thought, but don't forget the air gates open towards the train. They would have to alter the bottoms of the gates to avoid scraping across said ramp. If anything, what bugs me the most about V2 is the gate design. Why couldn't they install the same gates that Vu had? This would prevent light curtains from ever happening.
As for Eagle, yes that issue was fixed... the handrails were simply removed. It is one line until it splits just before the station.
^Big Top rules where it was. It was in such a better location than Ricochet, the ugly ride with no lights (lights on cars- big deal).

Light Curtains have always been really interesting to me. What happens if the train is on the back spike? Is it held up there? How about with us? The holding breaks are off...
No matter when a light curtain occurs, the train will stop between the station and the spiral tower. If something is in the station when the train is on the back tower, it will get hit, no avoiding it.
/\ They can't just stop the train on the back tower for an extended period of time because something is in the station. Id rather have something in the station get hit than watch the ride collapse.
more than likely, the back spike (or front one for that matter) is not designed to hold the weight of the train, I'd say after probably 1-2 seconds there'd be serious damage to the ride.

I don't agree with that. Maybe, when the ride was first put in, and it didn't have the "extension" supports, it might start bending if it was up there for too long, but now they put those up there.

^It sways, but barely like it did before. They helped a bunch.

Even if we wanted to, the train could not be held there for more than a few seconds. I don't mean to sound condecending, but the holding break is not a block break...
