What rides are closed at 9:30 pm in the front of the park because of Glow in the Park Parade = saving money on ride operations for parade money? I know Sky Trek Tower is closed, I think Big Easy Balloons, and what else is closed at 9:30 pm now? Are Dark Knight, Superman, or Whizzer closed at 9:30 pm? I hope they didn't mess with Demon, Batman, V2, or Iron Wolf's closting time as they aren't near the parade route at all! I don't like this idea at all because when you seen the parade, you seen the parade, and maybe you will see it once or twice, but otherwise you want to ride things at the end of the day.

Even if you have a family parade, that doesn't mean families are always going to want to see the parade especially if they have a season pass. Even if a family comes for the weekend, maybe 1 day they want to see the parade, and another day they don't. For Sky Trek Tower, I think that ride being closed is more about them not wanting people to photograph the parade at night because that ride isn't even by the trolley tracks.

STT, Big Easy Balloons, Chaos, Triple Play and I know there's one more but I don't remember. SUF was open, idk about TDK and Whizzer because I was too focused on watching the parade. I know Whizzer was open at 9 but after that, I have no idea.

^ I think HTFM too

so...5 flat rides that are closed either due to being in direct route of the parade or are off the beaten path 30 minutes prior to closing.....big deal!! Most people are either viewing the parade, already leaving the park to beat traffic, or will suck it up and ride something else. You can't tell me that those 5 rides are anywhere near the top of your list when you try to figure out your last ride(s) for the evening.

Well, I used to like riding Triple Play because of the lights at night, and that started to bug me before that they would close Triple Play, and during the summer it takes longer for it to get dark. For Chaos, that might bug some people as that is "more of a teenage ride".

It bothers me less because the roller coasters seem to be open, but again if it's raining and other rides aren't open, Hometown Fun Machine will stay open, but because of this thing, I won't be able to go on it if and when I'm at the park, and that days occurs again where a bunch of rides high up the air are closed.

Whizzer was running during the parade. I was even able to get the last ride Saturday night after the joke of a parade.

It had zero appeal to me. It felt like they bought the left overs from the Main Street Electrical Parade, added a new song and threw in characters they had the rights to. It didn't help with the awful musical show they had before it was 10 minutes long either.
