Mother nature is brutal, is just means the rides have to be re-painted more often to keep up there appearance!!

Nothing is as bad as Excelerator at Knotts. It went from a very vibrant red and blue/green to almost white.

V2 is also getting pretty faded. I think they should do some repainting by next year. There is too much yellow/orange/red in the park.

At least every 3 years a ride from each park should be chosen to get some new paint. Raging Bull was painted in early 2008. So I guess Chang in 2011. STT had it for the flat rides in 2009.

Does the Giant Drop "Six Flags" Logo count? :D

I think, S:UF, V2, B:TR and American Eagle are due for re-paints. Ragin' Cajun would be a benefit also.

There are quite a few rust spots from cracked paint on B:TR. And since next year is AE's 30th, it would be nice for it to recieve a rehab. Nothing on the calliber of Texas Giant, but some work on the giant barrel would be nice. So, managment:

- Get Chang ready
- Rehab American Eagle
- Paint a load of coasters
- Move the Go-Karts
- Rehab the ride trains
- Park maintenance.

That's NOTHING! hah!

For those of you that want V2's trains to get more love, love ain't coming anytime soon.

Why would American Eagle need a rehab? It's already the best ride in the park! And if you would have ridden it this season, you would notice that they replaced a lot of wood in the helix.

^I actually think American Eagle is much rougher than it was last year and I do think that it needs some new paint, it's starting to look rundown a bit. Still a fun ride though!

Sorry, while I ride a coaster, I prefer to enjoy it. Not look at the wood around it. I rode Eagle at least 4-5 times.

You can see new wood while riding it....There are sections of track that a re-done each year.

Remember my PTR of 4-17? Even Viper gets some new wood on it.

Well, i don't really look for much maintenance at the park, I notice the noticeable, but I don't pay attention to specifics. I enjoy the rides, and such, I don't care for them adding new wood.

Eagle Red was giving incredible airtime and amazing re-rides on May 2nd when I was there. In fact with the way the ride running, id agree with whoever said Eagle was the best ride in the park.

Coincidentally...My Sister and myself noticed Eagle red seemed better this year for some reason. :)

What's left to discuss about Chang? I think Galvan and the other mods here have explained every possible outcome.

Only rides in dire need of new color are Giant Drop, Iron Wolf, Big Grey Box, and way down the line (3-6 years) V2/Superman. Iron Wolf will not get it as it does not have a great future at the park like it or not. Dark Knight would look so cool with graffiti like paint all over it. Even the Batman logo. Something.

God, yes... Eagle was so amazing on Sunday. I've never enjoyed Eagle THAT much before. The re-rides were especially amazing. All this time I've been riding in or near the front, thinking the back was too much for me. The back is AMAZING! Wow, I keep using the word amazing...
