Actually... isn't there a bit of space that could be made into a queue, right between the Flash Pass, and the normal queue? If I'm not mistaken, they would only have to make slight modifications to the queue, and since the outer area of the queue is never used, people could just walk right into that area. When the park finally opens, I'll get some pics of what I'm talking about.
