It's all about comfort and familiar food. Disney has been doing the same thing at their parks as it is what the people expect/want. John from Iowa does not care if Tony's sells an authentic Italian dish, he wants basic pasta.

Is it just me, or are the Go-Karts gone?

The thing I don't see in that Facebook picture is the fence to the Go-Karts like you see in this other picture. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/c ... merica.jpg

^ It's just you. The Go-Kart building should be just to the left of the picture, and obviously with snow on the ground, the track isn't going to be visible.

I may have some insight. Notice that the snow is plowed in a curve, and it curves even further, so does this mean that it is gone, they couldn't plow like that if the station is there. Who even cares, it's a small detail, we'll see eventually. They probably didn't mention it because it hasn't been rebuilt, and they don't want to have a problem.

Does anyone know which parks in the chain bring in the least money somewhat in order? Was SFKK really the worst?

^SFKK's closing had nothing to do with the amount of money it earned...It had to do with the Lease.

Then why begin a water park expansion if they knew ahead of time that the park were to close?

That has to be the worst remark I've ever read on these forums....Your logic is severely flawed because you wouldn't need to expand a waterpark in order to remove Chang. Think before you post.

WOW! HAHAHA!

If the park was going to remove the best ride in the park with nothing replacing it, I don't think the fair would be to happy, now hu?

Plus I don't think they've done any water park construction besides removing Chang, which was on relatively flat land, so Bonzai Beach could easily go to another park that has space. Just sayin' . . . .

That's besides the point I'm getting at. What I'm saying is Your posts are making no sense. Especially this one:

david wrote:So they could remove the best coaster in the park, Chang!

Now, I'm pretty sure an official from SFKK would not say "Meh, Let's just remove Chang for the fun of it." I simply said Why BEGIN the Bonzai Beach Construction.

Yes, they wanted to begin Bonzai Beech construction so that they can remove Chang, so that a park can get a new coaster that deserves it.

I think you meant "They wanted to remove Chang so they could replace it with Bonzai Beach." When you said "so that they could remove Chang.." You were actually saying it as if they were using Bonzai Beach as an excuse to get rid of Chang. Which That just wasn't the case.

Rant Over.
