Honestly if I was a billionaire I'd probably buy (and overpay for) an existing amusement park and implement my own strategies and see how they work, along with appropriate expansion for whatever park I end up with.

Honestly I'd probably end up with SFGAm though the results of this besides being complete fantasy would be fodder in a different thread.

Launch coasters are almost always very unreliable, why B&M hasn't started that market.

^Depends on the launch and company. The Premier launch coasters have been relatively problem free as has Rock'n'Roller Coaster at WDW and Incredible Hulk at IoA.

RnRC launches to 57 mph
Premeir launchers launch to 55, Freeze up to 70.
No idea what Hulk launches to or who did that launch, but I'd be willing to bet it's at least alittle faster than 20.
