Bull is ahead AGAIN!?!?! You have to be kidding me. This is so staged if X2 pulls ahead in the final moments.

nope, decided to go with .02 percent and let X2 win. It's all right, we stood up a good fight with one of the most popular SF coasters and lost by only 3 votes

Yeah, saw that this morning.

However, this El Toro vs. Le Monstre is going to be so lopsided in favor of El Toro. Right now that is at 86% to 14%.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

yeah, though it gives me second thoughts about X2 at SFMM, if they were so close in this poll, what would be the point in going all that way to ride a coaster that is only marginally better than Bull (which it's gotten to the point where i can't stand). I'm going to hope most of the people voting for bull were locals that have never ridden X2 and that these poll numbers are skewed

I rode Le Monstere and ElToro a few weeks ago, if ElToro doesnt win like 95%-%5 or better, then we all know it's rigged.

I think the thing might be that there are more enthusiasts on websites around here. What does Magic Mountain have? I can't find a purely Magic Mountain website, but here you have 3 Great America websites. We probably have some of the people from California also because they want to see how the Mariott Great America is today over here.

Thank goodness X2 won. In the Tournament of Thrills video at the park, you can see during the Batman the Ride segment, the Sky Whirl in the back.

^^ Well, of course there's locals on both sides. Like, this one guy from Cali called Raging Bull the Aging Bull just cause it was ten years old. He'd definitely never ridden it. Now, I'm not having favoritisim with thaT COMMENT (oops hit cap lock), just localisim does play a HUGE role in the coaster battle. I bet about only 16% of the people voting rode the two coasters.

This is great. I feel like my vote really counted.

Well done SFGAmWorld members who voted for X2, we are the reason it won.

After riding X2 again today I can verify its not even close 8)

Wow. Epic fail. No way El Toro should be losing to a ride that has POS Morgan trains.

Besides the Morgan trains, I just rode LeMonstre a few weeks ago, the ride isn't bad, and cause of the Morgan trains it's butter smooth, but it's really comparable to American Eagle but with less airtime. ElToro is in a whole separate class of rides.

Anyone else thinking maybe this tournament is riggied? Seriously, El Toro losing to Le Monstre by over 3,000 votes?
The Mr. Six at the park is REALLY creepy

I'm ready for a Ragin' Cajun good time

^ Or it is filled with people who only go to their local and vote. There is no way they would rig it to a park that most of the audience would need a passport to go to.

I think they rig it so more people go to the lesser known coasters. With the lesser known ones beating the ones everyone loves, people will ride the lesser ones because they beat the big ones.

I'm going to have to agree with this. First Bull now this. Six Flags is in control of this poll somehow.
