Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

If I buy the single day parking pass, am I able to leave the park, and enter again the same day without paying again?

Thanks

I never did it but people say they leave for other restaurants to eat at and they have to come back so I imagine yes just check with the gates. My brother recently just droppe dme off at the drop-off so he didn't need to pay and worry about coming back.

Yes, just hold onto the receipt they give you at the tollbooth.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Thats not how you get back in....you need the re-entry stamp that they give to you at the exit. They usually tell you left hand right hand. They alternate each day.

Ok, Let's get the information correct.

Hand stamp on either hand(left or right) and return before 7 pm for the theme park!
During Fright Fest wristbands are Issued.
When exiting the gate is towards the left side of the main gates next to Guest Relations.
Re-enter in main gate turnstiles.

Now leaving the parking lot kept your receipt for parking in order to return or you will be charge again for parking.

With a season pass w/ parking just flash it and get right in!
At other parks they are scanning the barcode on the Season pass w/ parking before entering the lot!
This might be a trial run for things to come but right now this not being use here!

Jerry, I think there refering to parking! You need the STUB you get when you pay for parking to get back in the lot! The Handstamp is only to get you back into the PARK

Actually, they did that to my SP the last time I was at the park (May 23rd). Went in via Washington Street. Normally, I just show my pass, and all is good. That time, they took it, scanned it (person actually had a problem with the scanner, had to ask for help from the other parking attendent), and then gave it back to me.

I do recall some survey a while back that said something about having you scan your pass at different places, and the discussion involved having the park "track" where you were. I wonder if they are slowing starting to put that into action?

SFGAM isnt doing that, only SFStL, SFGAdv and I forget which but one other park has the tracking program in place this year. Also as part of that you get perks the more money you spend in the park and the more you visit. If you happen to have an SFStL pass the only way to get points is using it at SFStL, you dont get anything for using it at other parks.

Just last friday cruised right into the parking lot, just flashed my pass through my closed window, just waved me on didnt even have to stop.

The 3rd park is SF New England - one of their perks is upgrade to Preferred Parking are called this year Funatics Parking lot next to the park not across the bridge then take the tram to regular lot a mile away.
They were heavily scanning the Season pass w/parking last year.
To note- all other parks allow access to the regular to with Season parking-
Should they scan here- Yes
Might slow down the line to get in but to know how many people use front lot compared to how paid for front lot access .
Maybe offered daily guests online to get a deal on front lot parking when paying for it online like gate price offered is lower.
