Prepare yourselves guys. More than likely the park will be either freezing cold or closed anyway because this year it was still chilly MID-MAY sometimes and it has snowed virtually every April in the last several years. Don't expect a April 3rd opening. Hope for it. Give it some extra time just to be on the safe side.
^Ive done that a few year ago on Raging Bull. I could have sworn in was around 40, but they then shut the ride down for cold weather (whatever that is). And at one point my face went numb.
^ Bull went down for cold weather? Never heard of that happening. Even Closing day 2002 when there was ice in the carousel pond, Bull was open all day.
It always depends on the temps and how many people are actually in the park. to shut down Bull is a big blow to fans so the park will always be trying to keep it running until it is absolutely unsafe for riders. And the ride itself.

This was in either 2000 or 2001 so I don't really remember...it was most likely more of a wind factor then the temp. I just know we got back into the station and the ride was closed the rest of the night.
