they may not because staffing issues are still there and they know people wouldn't be too upset over not having eagle/demon/iron wolf, etc. open. it is only 1 hour. how many coasters can you really get in just one hour?

Numbers and specifically ratios can be manipulated any way you want to show the data that you want. I do it on my lab reports all the time :P

It didn't say. I would think it's the total amount of admissions season pass holders go / all admissions. In a conference call, Mark Shapiro said that the average season pass holder go 3-4 times a year. These are all the parks remember (not just SFGAm).

^ Well then I'm one of those people who "blow the curve" on the number of visits that an "average" season pass member goes each year. As of today, I'm up to 28 visits this season. Knowing I'm going tonight and Sunday, my total for the year will be a nice big fat 30! :-)

No they should not be open for the ERT

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

Aww why couldn't this be Sunday? And I had no idea... Six Flags hasn't been sending me e-mails lately.

The ERT this morning was hands down the best I've ever been a part of. From what I saw, almost every coaster aside from the 11:00 openers were open for us season pass holders. We didn't get into the park until 9:30 (we live 2.5 hours away), but we still got on Raging Bull,(and again as they were OFFERING re-rides), Superman (offering re-rides), and Dark Knight (offerin re-rides). We then had the advantage of being further in the park than the rest of the crowd for a walk on Ragin, 1 train wait Batman front row, and 1 train wait V2. Then got in line for Eagle as it opened a 11.

Overall, kudos to Great America for offering this ERT to us passholders and having so may rides open. They did an excellent job, all coasters were running all trains, and all stations were suggesting re-rides. After leaving Bull after our second ride, the ops were actually trying to get us to ride again. Great start to a very busy day at the park!

I agree with the poster above. This promotion was amazing. I got there at 9 and walked to Bull. The train I was on had 7 people total and not one person in line the 2 laps I took. Viper was even better with 4 people on when I took 2 laps and they sent an empty train when we left. Everything was walk on minus the front row of Batman and V2.

The best part of the day was the Viper workers. They were asking how we heard about the ERT, telling us how smart we were to come and just being super friendly.
