Rise of The Demon and Cell Block A are $5 each. They open at 6 on Fridays and 5:30 on Saturday's and Sundays. Not open on Columbus Day. Also, I believe both close a half hour before parade time.
Maus and Studio 13 are both $5 before 5pm and are $10 each after 5pm. They open at 6:30 on Fridays and 3pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Columbus Day.
Is there any deal that ONLY includes the Hanted Houses but not the walkthroughs? And could you purchase tickets for the Haunted Houses at say 3:00 for $5.00 and use them at 8?
There is fog in the tunnel that has lights after the vertical loops, as well as the cave face before the corkscrews. There is also some fog when you start going up the lift, and this fog drifts through the whole beginning of the line its a really cool scene.
I went today. I just want to say SFGAm REALLY stepped it up this year. The crowds were awful but I still had fun. To answer anyone's questions, Demon has a little fog in the first tunnel, and a lot in the second and third tunnels. The third tunnel also had red spotlights in the mouth and there's tons of fog in the line itself.

The names of the songs for LAFF are: Over At The Frankenstein Place, Thriler, One Way or Another, Devil With The Blue Dress On, Little Red Riding Hood, Monster Mash, Mean Green Mother, You're The One That I Want, Time Warp Ghostbusters, Everybody Rejoice. That is all that I can think of right now.

Fright Fest really is amazing this year. There is fog all over the park, it's nice and eerie, and I actually got scared this year. I went in the haunted house at necropolis, and I never screamed so loud. I began to get claustraphobic in the mirror maze, and that just stepped up the thrill.
The decorations weren't over done, and were cool, and the crowds aren't too bad on fridays. I went on a friday, and the lines weren't bad at all. It took 5 minutes to get on Raging Bull an hour before closing, 15 minutes for V2 (long station waiting of course), 2 seconds for Demon, 5 minutes for Viper, and about 20 minutes for Superman an hour after it opened. I couldn't go on a lot because it was a short friday at six flags, and I wanted to spend a lot of time at the FF attractions.
Did anyone go into the Silent Hill haunted house over at Southwest Territory? I want to go on it next time I go, but want to spend the money for haunted houses wisely. What is the best haunted house there?

cool....so tell me...where can I get the MP3s? I know they are out somewhere? Esp Mean Green Mother (never hear it except for FF) and Brand New Day. The rest are commercial and easy to find.
Thanx for the set list.
Anyone gonna be there on the 25th for the Thriller Dance?
I think Area 51 was the best in Hometown Square with all those trucks. They have trucks, but where's the big tank? I think the reasoning for moving it near Space Shuttle America was so the kids could get to Wiggle's World, and the other kid areas without being scared. There's nothing on the right side of the park except the trolls that don't do much of anything unless you annoy them. They are always just talking to each other.
I like the Birds, and Rue Le Morgue. I don't like that the antique cars don't have anything on them because that's the only time I ride them. The tea cups is basically a night club. I don't really care about that. That ride without the theming is good, but not a great ride in my opinion.

Terror Twister is sweet. I found that Car 10 and Car 12 gave the best spin for me. Everytime I ride it I always try a differnt cup...and so far, out of 10 or 11 cups that I have tried, 10 and 12 have had the best spin.
What and where is the cell block a thing? I must of completely missed it when I went. I didn't know it even exsisted until someone mentioned it on here.

Cell Block A is basically Rise of The Demon (If you've been in that) but themed to Area 51. It's under Space Shuttle America's wing. $5 or free if you're a season pass-holder.

Also, for Fright Fest a lot of the sayings on the tombstones are gone. They used to have a lot of phrases, and not just like Dino that died. That's truly disappointing. The skeletons in Southwest Territory aren't doing nothing which is another disappointment. I still miss that head that used to talk to you in the train station.

I did the CellBlock A walk-thru by SSA, and what a waste , I felt sorry for the people behind us who paid $5 for this. It consisted of a VERY short walk with people benging on stuff and yelling insults, nothing that even scared my 12 yr old daughter.
As for good news, the crew for BTR last night were AWESOME!!!! They were allowing mutiple re-rides and were showing great hustle to dispatch trains, they did a great job!!!
I went last night as well, and did the Rise of the Demon walk-through. Again, having a season pass, I did not have to pay the $5. I can't see how the park can charge for that. I actually agree with Bob O on that one! As I have never been in any of the haunted houses, I hope they are a lot better then this, as they cost more $$.
Park was not that busy, but you could tell they were short staffed in places. Eagle, for example, was only running one side, which made for a long wait most of the night. However, after 10:30, there was no line at all. In fact, rode solid from 10:45 PM till close...which, may not sound that impressive on the surface, but I will say that the crew was in a "giving" mode last night. Lets just say that park ops called 25 minutes after I started riding to see how much longer they would be running. Again, keep in mind there was no line either.
Saw the Freak Show (7 PM Show), and as always, the Professor does a great job. If you have not seen that show yet, get over and watch it. Oh, make sure you have a dollar on you, so you can take part in the show at the end, and staple it to the professor's chest!
I agree that the park wasnt super busy, but there were lines, and it doesnr help when RB starts with only 2 trains and Giant Drop running with only 3 cars, though both rides were running at capacity at park closing.
It was slow at the end, we ended the night on BTR and rode 5 times in a row and a total of 7 times in the last 1/2 hour, the second friday in a row where that ride had no lines at the end of the day, which made for a great finish.
I actually thought it would be slower due to the colder weather and threat of rain.
I was at FF for like the 7th or 8th time in 13 or so years. We know someone who can get us passes so essentially we get in for free save for the parking fee which really is outrageous.
Everything was cool LAFF and Necropolis and SW, Sue Rosen did good considering she's hypnotizing some twenty people outdoors, instead of in the old Theater Royale(sadly missed sniff sniff). No rides, have gotted too big, but since four of us split $15 four ways to park no big deal.
I actually know Mayor Slayer in his human form, we both have worked up the road at Bristol Renaissance Faire. Actually a lot of people over the years have worked both. It's actually play with my friends time at FF. I help them scare people by running interference. You were trying to get away and I stepped in your path, so sorry.
Anyhow had a great time, sorry to hear about the prices, the park would do even better if they dropped some of them. Maybe not put an attraction in every year and they could charge less...
I went yesterday with a friend saw the hypnotist susan rosen show got to say outstanding she can hypnotize them when it was kind of chilly (wish I got hypnotize to see how it is but I am scared too). After that walk around for a bit then saw love at first fright that show is ok but the best it was better with the twins when they were witches although I a good time.
