Lines?

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

I havent been to SFGAM since 2005, but I am going nextt week (YEAY!!!). (thursday, probably)

I want to ride the rides with the longest lines first, (not going to ride TDK, waste of time). Does SUF still have incredible lines? If so I want to hit that up first then get on Bull, Viper, then Eagle, V2, Batman, then just kinda improvise from there...

So Im pretty much asking what have been the lines like for certain rides this season?

I've only been to the park twice this year, but the rides that i noticed to have the longest lines were SUF, Raging Bull, and Viper. I still havent had the chance to get on the bull, that's how crowded it was.

Good Luck and have fun ! =]

Other people might have other opinions and other stuff that i'm forget but deffinatly try to hit SUF or Raging Bull first.

Since you want to go on SUF, i would hit that first, then work your way around the park. And if you want to get on rides quickly its important to get to the park by 9:00am so you can get in line and be one of the first in the park. So far this year you have been able to walk right to TDK/SUF once the gates open and sometimes the rides have opened before 10:ooam, so that helps in getting on rides before the the parks get busy.

Raging Bull I have found to have very reasonable lines for a ride that is very popular.. The lines move very fast, escpeically if they are running all 3 trains. Thursdays are usually a pretty good day to go, so that should help reduce wait times. Also remember this year that rides like IW/AE open at 11:oo am.

^Demon also opens at 11. As for lines appearing long, batman and viper usually look long, however i waited for viper from under the RB turnaround and it was only 15-20 minutes. Batman was similar. Im pretty sure its like that because of the people that hold the lines at certain spots.

Yankee Clipper, Logger's Run, and Roaring Rapids have long lines during the day. If you go on them later towards the last couple of hours the park is open then they are walk ons.

Yea, the reason I want to get on Superman Ultimate Flight is because that is one of the few rides my mom and little brother will ride. And my mom kinda has back problems so she will only ride extremely smooth rides (Raging Bull, SUF).
