CORRECTION

They are mailing them out! I just got mine in the mail today, but already bought one online because it was taking so long. I just emailed them asking what I should do now that I got one in the mail and bought on online as well. After you get yours you just go to http://www.sixflags.com/activate.

I asked the same question when their representitives were at our office. (We supply some of their entertainers for special events.)
The woman that was here told me; "They are very late getting them out this year but that they will be out soon." (This was two weeks ago.)
I didn't get mine yet either.

They even call your home saying they'll send it which is pretty weird. Pros faster no line waiting at the park pass processing center. Cons shipping is extra sometimes your pass might not work even if you activated it.

I really don't understand why a business would turn their attention away from customers waving hundreds of dollars begging to spend the money! I wish I had that kind of problem!

It makes as much sense as the 10 items or less register at grocery stores. Why would you reward someone with faster service because they spent LESS at your establishment?

But since Iam addicted to SFGA/Hurricane Harbor like a crack addict, I'll go through all sorts of contortions and inconveniences to spend my money on the passes! :?

I received mine today, but it's my renewed hard copy. Had to choose the more expensive shipment method, otherwise it might not of made it here by the 26th.

I Just got mine i had to pay expensive shipping and order mine online by entering my old pass number from 2007 because i didn't want to wait to see if they were going to send me a renewla packet. now how do i make sure it is activated and that it will be accepted at the gates on opening day because i want to make sure it is activated. is there like a number i can call because someone posted before that if you buy them onlijne and you get the card copy they may not be activated even if you pushed activate

1-847-249-1800 If someone answers, just say you have a question about your pass. Then they can take of it, or they will re-direct you to someone who can help.

Also, if you got a e-mail regarding you order, if you used a credit car, you should be able to look up your order and make sure that its activated.

I just received some of my renewal passes, still haven't received them all. I wrote to SFGA and they said to just re-buy them directly.

Why spend millions on new attractions when you are turning down money from anxious buyers? I think it's time to clean house in the accounting department.

I don't know whats going on over there. I am not an employee, but perhaps I should be. They seem to need a lot of help in the customer service area. I am gonna send an e-mail to Mark Shapiro's office and see if that lights a fire under someones chair over there.
