In the story, it's the 21st of May and the park opens this weekend the 26th of April. Check the video out, good behind the scenes footage of TDK. Capacity is 600 per hr and the Queue House (theatre) holds 600 so,the the entrance sign would be 60 mins. but i can see this extending past the train tracks or to to B96 Studio when this opens in may! Hopefully the park let people in earlier before 10 am like most times- last years. Use of potable crowd control fences like ther is in parking lot to use. Since it's front lot($25)/back lot($15) set-up they can use those. When B :TR open in '92 the line extended to the train track! I kid you Not!
^^ Again, please take a close look at the date that article was published. March 1st , 2008. Since then, things have changed and SFGAm has realized an April 26th opening date for The Dark Knight in completely impossible. As stated on SFGAm's official site and in today's Gurnee Review, The Dark Knight Coaster will open May 21st.
Mack came out with that seat/lapbar arrangement around 2006. I experienced it on Pegasus at Europa Park, it really is very comfortable and well designed.
I think all the vertical parts of the car are going to obstruct visuals for the people in the back seat though during dark ride-esque scenes.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! This article REALLY got me excited for this ride, and the video on there was awesome! The ending of it should totally be the commercial for our park this year, it makes the ride look so amazing and exciting!
