Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.

Returning to 10 parks this year including use DS system with street team testing them out with park guests. Also more banners up around the park.

Since wii was here last year it should include our park!

I hate it. I think that it is terrible putting gaming systems in the park. I dont even see why the park likes it (besides sponsor ship). And why would you come into a theme park to play a freakin wii? its dumb....

Yes because the ONLY thing anyone should EVER do at an amusement park is ride rollercoasters and rides. Looking at your signature, I bet you have different thoughts about people going to see a concert at an amusement park also right?

Get over yourself.

I also see little purpose in having this at the park, but if it keeps people occupied and not in line that at least it serves some purpose.

I think it's a good idea. The sponsorship is good, and people do use it. I know that we go over there if it's a really crowded day and we don't want to wait in lines, or if we just need a break from riding coasters. I enjoy it! :)

Nice, I enjoyed playing Wii when lines were too long or I just didn't feel like going on a ride.

Some people like to use it, and others don't. I personally don't care, and think that everyone should do what they want to.

I love the Wii. I spend a good hour or so the first time I went playing games that I didn't have. Even next season I might go and try out some games I don't own. Hell, if they have Smash Bros. there, i'll be playing it.

It's an amazing idea, wii is a hot product, and Sf will make big bucks

My opinion on games is that they should have stations showcasing the controller and its attachments

Wii Sports/Wii Play-Wii Remote/Nunchuck

Wii Fit-Balance Board

Mario Kart Wii- Wii Wheel

Link's Crossbow Training- Wii Zapper

Virtual Console Games- Classic Controller

Smash Bros.- Gamecube controllers and just because its amazing

I have a question as I've never used them before. Do you have to pay to use them, or does SFGAm get money from Nintendo?

^No you don't.

They are free to use.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.

Since I did not visit the park much in 2007, I have a question about the WII. What is stopping someone from getting there at 10 AM, and playing all day? Is there a time limit or something that you can play a game, or can you play as long as you like?

There are attendents near the Wii stations making sure everything is running smoothly, especially because batteries run low all the time, so I'm sure if someone was "hogging" the Wii they could ask them to leave.

And I'm sure Six Flags either gets the service for free or is being paid to feature the consoles in their park as its about the best advertising Nintendo can get for their console.
