Wow! That's even better than the first picture. They better get working, as they only have 27 days to finish! I personally don't see it happening, but if they work around the clock, I believe that it's definately possible.
It's nice to see that they're making progress again, it's still hard to believe were are actually getting a dark ride, even if its a mouse its still going to be interesting....
You gotta remember that they still have to finish the building which includes wiring and paneling, put the coaster inside, and then theme it all. It still has a long way to go.
The problem in all of this is that they want to get all of the deconstruction done before TDK CONstruction. ANything that isnt supposed to be there this year they want gone. So basically we need to see vu down before TDK goes up.
Not True at all. They are working seven days a week on all projects. In fact as far as I can tell nothing has been done to Splash and Vu in the last week while TDK is progressing nicely.
Why do we fall, Master Bruce?
So we can learn to pick ourselves up.
^Oh i know that. Let me rephrase. I believe that once they get to a point of where they can slow down TDK (getting the building done), they will start to take everything down. Shapiro wants the park to look nice. So that means that in vus case, he wants it gone by park opening, and wants at least the building of TDK done. Not necessarily the ride, but the look of things. Does that make more sense? That hes going for looks, not rides for opening day.
revolutiongurl wrote:^ What do you mean? I just checked the official website, and they still say the park itself is opening on the 26th.
I meant the park itself is anticipating The Dark Knight Coaster will open on May 17th.
So, TDK isn't opening with the park? What a shocker! HA!
There goes Shapiro's promise of having rides ready for opening day. Will *ANY* new SF attraction open for their opening day? I haven't heard of one that will be ready...though maybe I will be surprised and some new ride at a random SF park will be ready for opening day?
