I go on everyday. Anyways, to get back on subject. I really hope it really does open on opening day because they only have less than 52 days to do it!

yea just wanted to point out SFNE has been in big arguments with owners allowing parking for SFNE, and just recently SFNE got agawam to stop letting the buisness's do that and i personally think thier just getting back at SF
Quick update.
It looks like they've been concentrating on remodeling Theater Royale for now and may start vertical construction when it warms up more (next week maybe?).
