I think the headbanging on Demon occurs most during those corkscrews. Towards the bottom of the drop the track is already sideways to get past the waterfall that's never on (why is that?) I think that that extra track just gets out of sync for the corkscrews.
http://themeparkcritic.com/scripts/profile/ViewProfile.asp?ViewID=2909 A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!
^I'll second that, i was extremely disappointed in how rundown Disney has appeared to have gotten (especially after going to Universal). I admire them for being around longer, but in comparison, Universal is definitely cleaner!
As for Demon, i don't think it's the seats or the ride necessarily that cause the headbanging, i think any ride with Corkscrews has a certain amount of headbanging.
RIP: Trailblazer and Deja Vu...heck, even Alien Encounter
The last time I was at Disney World was in 2001, so I don't really remember how clean it was, but when I went to Universal over the summer, I'd have to agree with what has been said about the cleanliness of the park.

I can't say for never having gone on a looper with a lap-bar but wouldn't that make it a bit smoother than OTSRs?
