Line Jumpers aren't magically escorted from the park. If you see line jumpers report them and something will be done. If you don't report it, then no employees will know that it happened.
Captain, don't shake the passengers up too much this time!

Oh, that's fantastic. I'm sure the park is putting just as much effort into ejecting line jumpers as they are at giving smokers the boot.

But wait...what about all those people I saw slinking through the line on the Bull last weekend? Or pushing forward to meet their friends on Superman?

Hmmm...must be a Six Flags "work in progress".

They are cracking down on line cutters too. They hand you a number when you get in line and if your not in the proper sequence you get kicked out and if you get your number to go get something to drink or go bathroom and you try to get back in line they do not let you.
Last weekend for Frightfest some people tried to jump the fence to get onto Batman after they closed the line nd even though the station was full they would not let them in.

I am not saying SFGAM is doing a perfect job I still saw smokers and stuff...

But watch next year they will promote the Justice League to a new roll

Even though I'm not a smoker, I'm still glad the park has the designated smoking areas. If it didn't it would probably lose business...My mom is a smoker and I know that she wouldn't visit sfgam at all if they stopped smoking completely. It doesn't piss me off if people just don't see the signs or something...but it does when they purposely smoke in line! I was in line for Bull once and saw a guy light up. He was crouching down so no one would see him. My friend and I told him he's not supposed to smoke in line, but did he listen? Of course not! His girlfriend got pissed at him...it was actually funny how all his friends were angry with him...It was like Ok, he's not getting an official punishment, but he's getting it from his friends.

Let me tell you! LINE JUMPING grrrr! Now that pisses me off inside and out! Again, I was in line for Bull and they were doing the number ticket things. Some girl immediately skipped at least 30 people (probably more) and later on in the day I saw her at V2. I don't know why she wasn't ejected from the park. Especially when they were doing the number things (don't know what else to call them). I am guessing that she somehow slipped past the guy or something. There were a lot of people that day and when you think about it, if the person taking the tickets just rubs his eyes or something, someone can get past easily. Criminals are smart, believe it or not.

Wow..I think this story is too ridiculous. Its not hard to figure out the park is now a non-smoking park but kicking people out for smoking with no refunds? Seems like a ploy to get more revenue to me. As far as the whole thing about the woman possibly being an actress, I highly doubt they would take the time to do that just to prove a point. I would rather have smoke blown in my face than hear obscenities thrown out every five minutes by obnoxious teenagers.

^ How is kicking someone out a ploy to get more revenue?

That doesnt make any sense.

Bottomline is this.... If you smoke in a non-designated area of the park and are caught, then your ejected. Its a park rule if you dont like it then dont use the services of the park.

By not refunding their money, they'd have to pay to get back in.

^That would be absolutely pointless.
We would need to hire more people to watch them.
Then more people to always be out to GET those people.

$$$ always comes first!

Want to hear something funny? At FF, my mom and I saw a lady smoking. We went right up to her telling her that she'll get kicked out of the park if she didn't put it out. She OBVIOUSLY herd us, but didn't say a word.

Then, I'd say a few hours later, two girls cut in the V2 line right in front of us. We saw them do it and it was VERY obvious. This was so much fun! We started by tapping them on the shoulders and saying "Um, guys. Line jumping is against the rules!" They said nothing. So then we were making comments out loud saying " You're gonna get in trouble!" and "You're not suppposed to do that, ya know". They stood there still as a doorknob. Then we started shouting "Oh, the Boogie Man's gonna getcha! Oh you are gonna be hunted down at night for this!" and other similar comments. So then all of a sudden we saw them sneak back to their original place in line with EXTREMELY angry looks on their faces!

LOL I say that's the most effective and most entertaining way of stopping line jumpers!

I have done the smae thing I have probably written about it somewhere but me and a bunch of people were in line for bull and some people decided to line jump in front of us. We decided to piss them off until they got out so we decided to recite the signs for them and sing obnoxiously and yell at them untill we got to the ride. We then told the ride operator about them and he kicked them off without getting to ride. Personally that was pounishment enough having to listen to us for an hour and a half and then not even getting to ride and everyone around us was cheering. It was great. As for kicking people out because of smoking in non-designated areas I think those people deserve it. Personally I don't like the smoke smell so now all I have to do is stay away from those areas. They announce their smoking policy on the speakers all the time and they have signs posted everywhere. If your too stupid to listen or read then you deserve to be kicked out of the park for no reason. Good for Six Flags I'm glad they are doing all of this for the health and safety for the other people and little children in the park.

As if annoying these people is immature? I think the only immature thing would be to not do anything at all. Besides, if they wouldn't have gone back to their place in line, we would have notified someone. I think its fun to piss them off like that. Its more fun and it makes more of an impression on them. If they are just told by a park employee, they're just going to laugh about it (if they don't get kicked out, that is) I say if they get harassed AND kicked out its even better!

My Deja Vu linejumpers incident will go down in history as the greatest story in the history of my visits to Great America.

I was shouted at, threatened, given an extra ride on Deja Vu and had a security escort to my car (which was parked in the bus lot at the time)

All because I wouldnt let people line jump.

^ Holy sh*t! Do you mean that the people who were trying to linejump were threatening you and being violent? Is that it?

It's simple, just as they walk by, don't let them through.
Chances are they'll try and start something, call over and employee, and they'll look twice as stupid.
