Aw man I liked the Hellavator theme it was fun when the big explosion thing played on the speakers and the cars fell.

My cousin is actually part of "The Human Freak Show". He and another guy do all sorts of crazy stuff. I've heard some of the things he will be doing include: "The Human Dart Board", Smashing a concrete block on his chest while laying on broken beer bottles, and other fun things...

After the show he is also going to take tips, but heres the catch...you get to staple your tip to either of the guys with a staple gun. Depending on whether you give them a $1, $5 or $10 depends on where you can staple it. I believe he said a $10 gets you a forehead shot.

My cousin's name is AJ, I believe this is his first time going out there, both guys actually live in SE Massachusetts. He just did some promo shots for the show out there, which has both guys wrapped in 50ft of fresh-off-the-spool barbed wire...

Would that be Ses Carny and Wyck at this years sideshow?

I myself am a huge fan of the sideshow, I tend to see at least 2 showings a day at SFGAm in addition to a few others i've seen. I look forwards to this years show, I'm sure it will kick ass as always

A bit off topic, but I didn't want to create a new one.
What exactly is Necropolis? Do people jump out at you?
I can stand the graphic images but I hate hate hate being
jumped out at. Is there places along the way where you
can get out?
Eh.......I got nothing.

I'll let everyone know Sunday night - the night I get back from a buyout. Last year they had most the rides operating under Haunted conditions.

Yes, the "jump factor" is high. It's a walkthrough in the Picnic Grove area... Once you enter you are asked to continue the way traffic is going, hence it is 1 way... The Haunted House, the Masoleum is at the end of it.

The Freak Show and other buildings to look at are sprinkled inside Necropolis as well.

It is fairly short if you NEED to get out.

Not to me, but a lot of people say it is.

It depends on what scares you.

^^It's supposed to be, but it really varies each year based on how many people are in it and how hard they work to scare the public. Last year it wasn't scary at all, and Fright Fest in general was really tame and a step down from Fright Fest 2005, which had many of the same ideas and areas executed a lot better because the actors (and the park) putting much more effort into scaring people and dressing the park up for the season. Last year, probably because of the push to make it "Family" Fright Fest, it seemed as though the park couldn't decide whether to make Fright Fest scary or not, so they just sort of tried (and failed) to create some sort of balance. The result was disappointing and I really hope they make more of an effort to bring the "Fright" back to Fright Fest so that it doesn't end up like last year where it was Fright Fest in name only.

Last year I think your parents or guardian had to sign something if you were under 18 though.
