Another lawsuit filed by money grubbing lawyers,
And they know it will be cheaper to give them some money then the cost of defending themselves if it goes to a trial.

I'm guessing Judge will toss this lawsuit before anything even happens.

People fall out of rafts all the time, and I think even a judge knows a tube has no restraints and wont have any really negating this lawsuit saying the kids were not properly restrained.

Sometimes these lawsuits may actually go "all-way" and six flags will pay the price.... but I really hope nothing will happen with the Kentucky Kingdom incident on their hands! I doubt that anything big will happen and as most people are saying, the suit will be scrapped.

I think it's stupid to pursue a lawsuit now. They should have worked on it back when the incident happened.

They're JUST doing this now? There really should be no lawsuit here. As long as the lifeguard put the 2 kids on opposite end to keep the tube balanced, they did all they could to keep the tube from tipping over.
It's green. It's blue. It's all over you! Enjoy your ride on Déjà Vu

Things get so tied up in the legal system. Things take forever.
Every jumbled pile of person has a thinking part that wonders what the part that isn't thinking, isn't thinking of.
