I was at the park yesterday, and I saw mechanics working on STT. I saw it going up and down, but it was not spinning. I saw there was a little room for the docking area, it looked like there was a new computer system in there. SO hopefully they are now tweeking the ride and it will finally be up and running.

What ever happened to that ride anyways.
Who knows.....the ride is about as old as the park itself. I hope they never get rid of it. Its a tradition!
There were a lot of old things that were no longer made that needed to be replaced with much newer equipment. This equipment took a lot of time to install and rewire.
It may come back later this week. Licensed Mechanical Engineer
