Most Underrated rida at Sfgam

We have the subject about the most overrated ride, but what do you guys think the most underrated ride is. Personally, I would have to say the Whizzer. That is a great ride, its nice and its pretty smooth too. And if your with someone, its even better.

Way to rip off my idea....lol just kidding anyway the most underrated ride is: American Eagle...Even with Eagle backwards.. the Ride seems to just be there.. I personally love AmEagle, but, the lines are almost always short.. kinda like Shockwave short, and we all know what happened to that.

Raging Bull?!? Raging Bull!?! How could you possibly say that Raging Bull is underrated? While I agree that it isn't overrated, as it is an awesome ride, it has come to be the symbol coaster of the park, even moreso that American Eagle... It is very highly rated, and loved by the GP. How can you say it's underrated?What is underrated? American Eagle, Iron Wolf, and Whizzer (Just because it is so unique, and most people don't understand that, including more than a few on these boards who want to tear it down).

My ride is Viper.....it never gets the respect it deserves from the GP when it should be a top 10 woodie. As for Ragin' Bull it is underrated when it comes to the GP. I recently saw a poll on the 4 B & M hypers and Bull came in third ahead of Silver Star only. I truly believe that if Silver Star was in the US Bull would have be fourth.

Viper. Yesterday my friend was mad that we went on it instead of Raging Bull. He thought it would be a pretty tame ride (like some people think) but he actually was screaming at some parts.Also Demon.

What is the most underrated coaster:ViperAmerican WhizzerWhizzing EagleSherlock Holmes: The RideBlah Blah Blah BlahBlah Blah BlahBlah Blah Blah Blah Blah........Boring!Come on people the point of the message boards is to discuss, please give some reasons to why you are choosing the rides you are as underrated. Make this more interesting, im begging you!

--------------------------------With that said:I think the most underrated ride we have in the park is Viper. Viper has everything a good wooden coaster needs, the out of control feeling, the smooth track, plenty of airtime, headchoppers and lack of brakes throughout the whole course. Ive been able to ride some of the World's best wooden Rollercoasters including Shivering Timbers, Cornball Express and Ghostrider. While Viper may not match up with Cornball Express, I liked Viper just as much if not better then some rides on Ghostrider and Shivering Timbers.It's a awesome coaster and a awesome experience that new enthusiasts are surprised about everyday, im surprised this coaster doesn't get more attention from Enthusiasts.

Viper doesnt get the attention is deserves from Enthusiasts because, its Six Flags Great America. Ever notice those best parks around the us shows on TLC or Travel NEVER ever mention Six Flags Great America... Yet they will ramble on about Cedar Point or KennyWood or somewhere else.NOTE TO TLC:Send your camera crew to Gurnee Illinois....You'll be surprised at what you find.

I totally agree with you Dave, Viper is an awesome ride.Demon is underrated in my opinion. The first drop gives you tons of airtime which usually scares the crap out of me. The rest of the ride is really awesome. The loops are intense, and the tunnel is pretty cool. I really like the corkscrews as well, those are one of my favorite type of inversions.Iron Wolf is also underrated. To me it's a really good ride and it's pretty intense. That drop before the corkscrew gives you some great airtime, and the turns are pretty sudden. Also the fact that you stand up on it, that is my favorite part about the ride.
