Can someone clear something up for me. I was under the impression that there would be no extra charge to see boom boom huck jam, yet today i was at the park and saw the signs which gave the impression you need a ticket.
Can anyone confirm 100% for me that this is free with admission.
Also can season pass holders get in the stadium early?
I believe it is free, but you still need a ticket ( a free one that they hand out early in the day) to get into the event. I was at the park yesterday and I saw several signs and heard annoucements that the show would be free with admission.
it's kinda like the park jam last year. They gave out a number of wristbands to the kids, and those were the ones allowed in. as far as i know, they're not letting season passholders in early. the SW Amphetheater isn't listed in the coupon book as a place passholders get in early, only the grand music hall, pictorium, and theather royale.
I saw a flyer for it and you can get premium seating for $20

Exactally! It is free with paid admission but you can get VIP seats for $20/person that guarentees you a "up close" seat. We are doing that for the 4pm show on the 27th. I can't wait to see how "up close" the seats are.
Considering that any seat in SW ampitheatre is relatively close to the stage, I really don't see the need to drop an extra $20 to sit a little closer.
I will be more than happy to sit in the back row to watch this. I am alot older than most of you here (35), but skating was a big deal back when I was a teenager and I did alot of street skating. Tony Hawk was extremely popular even back then but on a less mainstream scale. He was only known back then in the skating community.
Will be cool to see him in person.
I finally retired the Sarah Palin signature because she is now 100% irrelevant.
Its free, becuase they have been making annoucements between songs about it, saying its FREE with theme park admission, so will be Parkjam with Ashley Parker Angel and Teddy Geiger
There are not any shows this weekend... it is only Tues the 27th and Wed the 28th.
I only paid the $20 to guarentee me and my nephews a seat in case it is packed and I have a feeling that it will be. I have a feeling that it will be a no ride day
I should post some pictures of Tony Hawk that we took when I was like 6 years old before he was such a big name. My brother used to be in skate competitions at local venues like church parking lots and local skate parks.. nothing big and Tony Hawk used to be in allot of them. Of course he was traveling all over but he was not a "big name" yet.
Its going to be in the parking lot right next to Hurricane Harbor. They sealed half of the section off so cars wouldnt be able to park but in my opinion they used more space than they should. Youll see when you go there...
No matter how hard it is...Never EVER give up. The real failure is those who dont try.
Um Paul Zitzer, Tony Hawk,Drake Mcelroy, one of my favs Sergie Ventura, Andy Jones, i think Neal Hendrix was there, Dennis Mccoy, i know there might be a few more, but thats off the top of my head, it was a sick show by the way.

I stood, was one of the 1st in line, was right in front of the skate ramp, shook hands with them all and got autographs. More attention was toward those standing too.
