Uh, it's just an answering machine. It says "Thank you for calling. Please leave your name, phone number, and reason for calling. Gtacias por llamar. Deje su nombre, numero telefonico, y razon por llamada."

Most likely not. 777-7777 is for a language program that teaches Spanish speakers how to speak English.

Do you answer them? Ask your phone company to block that number from calling you.

If it is a cell phone, the phone compaines almost NEVER allow call blocking on cell phones. If its a land line, it may take a little bit but it can be done. I have no idea why they do not all blocking of calls on Cell phones.

I've heard that cell phone companies WILL block incoming calls due to the fact that it will cost you mins.
