What i found most funny about this is that they used that area for some kind of food. They couldnt even be bothered to change the whole sign. They simply removed the "dive" from "power dive" and changed it to somethign like power snacks or something stupid like that. The difference between the word power and the new word was blatantly obvious. Talk about being cheap...

NO they changed it to a game, A bowling game to be exact and they put alley on the bottom of the sign, So its PowerAlley!!

I hardly ever dish out money at a park, especially for games. Also, I haven't ever tried any extra rides you have to pay for.

I have also bought 3 on ride photos: the first time on Millennium Force, a time when I was at SFWoA with my family and we all fit in the picture of the Batman Knight Flight, and again on MF when my 6 personed family all fit in the picture!

I just remember the signed looked like not much effort went into it. I forgot exactly what was different, but the font was wrong. I think it had to do with the way holes were in the A. It was either too square or too round, I think. To someone like me who deals with things like that all the time, it is very obvious.

That is a pretty wild rumor. Almost as wild as "Magnum is sinking into Lake Erie, it has to be removed!"

Great Pics, brings back some memories. I can only hope that sometime it will return to the park like Big Top returned as Ricochet.

Those are some good looking pictures. Looks like a pretty cool ride. They should bring those old school rides back. I'd love to catch a ride on it.

Thanks guys! I too hope that this ride will return to the park sometime in the future. It was really sad to see this ride come down fter so many years. The only thing that puzzels me about the removal was they left alot of supports standing and mototrs and wheels standing as well. It would be cool if they fixed it up and reinstaled it but that probably won't hapen. Oh well :(

Awesome! I so miss Power Dive... too bad it had to be taken out. :( Hey, it kind of goes with the "Superman/Flying" theme... Who knows maybe they will put it back in... It's only wishful thinking though...
