what do you think, would the price go up if the quality of the park went down (ie people want to remember the good 'ol days) or would the price go down if the quality of the park went down (ie people don't want to be associated with the bad park)?

Not likely! That's not the way collectables work. It's all about supply and demand along with what has been done lately. Like in baseball card collection, a Pete Rose rookie card would sell for 100.00 as it stands now but if they let him in the hall of fame that card becomes a gold mine. That's the way collectables work.

Its just a pin so its not really going to be worth anymore then it is now. Its probably not even worth 99 cents.
