Operations seem very up-and-down. There have been occasions where the ride ops will absolutely fly and get efficient dispatches as much as possible, but other times they're just sluggish and they're hovering more around 400 than the theoretical 850.

Goliath is currently closed. I do not know what exactly is wrong. I do know that orange train was having issues again yesterday and was removed at 2:00.
The first day I rode Goliath the crew was doing a very good job. In line, I just flew through IW's old zig zag tent, and I was pretty impressed. Yeah, after that they have been significantly slower. I even told my mom that the line moves fast, but when we got in line she wasn't too happy because the line was actually moving at a snails pace that day.

Man, Goliath's breakdowns make me nervous regarding my upcoming trip on Sunday and Monday.....looks like the coaster again didn' t open with the park today .......
Seems the issue is with the orange train. Both today and yesterday the ride opened late, orange train was taken off, and then put back on. Supposedly there was a burning smell coming from the orange train before it was taken off.
I was at the park today... Goliath was down for the AM... Rather disappointing, but beyond my control... They did get it back up sometime after lunch (went out to the car for food at 2pm then went on Batman right after).... By 3:45pm or so, the line was all the way out the ride entrance and back to Revolution... Didn't feel like waiting the 2+ hours, so went about my business elsewhere in the park... Seems to have stayed up for the rest of the day, but the line always seemed significant...
Kossdudes's Goliath documentary has been released earlier today and let me tell you, he did such a fantastic job! The documentary is GREAT! It is very well done and informative! You guys really need to take 30min out of your day and watch this spectacular documentary!
Regarding Nick's Documentary, I would like to say congratulations. You did an incredible job with it. Can't wait so more documentaries from Cutback in the future.

I am honestly blown away by how good Nick did with his documentary. He did such a GREAT job! I knew it was a lot of work for him and he managed to do it. I wish I had the same skills as him. I have already watched the documentary 3 times today!
Kossdude, you did a fantastic job with the documentary! It was exceptionally well done, even more notably because it's your first documentary. The results were well worth the effort, and please take the same work ethic into your future documentaries!

Hey everyone! I will be going to the park again next weekend since my last trip which was on June 8th and I'll be riding Goliath for the first time! I had a couple of questions: -What's the best time of the day to ride it? Right at opening or later in the day? -How is the line for Goliath? -Is there still a Single Rider line? -What's the best seat for a first time ride? Thanks!

Best time is to get in line around 7. I've notice it only takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes then. But yes there is a single rider line so that makes the whole process go much faster. I also think the best seat is the very back because you're always trying to catch up with the front and it's especially fun off the lift hill where it's basically airtime
^ Yeah, I would definitely recommend the back! It will give you the best ride. But if your a bit nervous, the middle or towards the front is less intense.
Like Brewersdawg88 said, 7 should be a good time to get in line, but really as long as you get in line as late as possible in the day, the shorter your wait will be. There were times where I got in line five minutes before park closing and only waited 20 mins for Goliath. Just make sure you get in line before closing though haha.
Have a good time! Goliath is short, but packs a huge punch.
