Has anyone Had a park with a profit (no loans) of over $300,000 dollars? Im not talking "Park Value or Company Value", Talking Cash Flow here.
I am at $324,000.00, with a company value of almost $1 million and i was just wondering if i should be excited with myself or if im not even close to being excited
My Gate admission is around $50 but flucates ever now and again, i only charge for Sky Sling or what ever its called, and of course i charge for food, drink, merch and stuff (with profits for each product in the food and drink stalls around $.80 to $1.30 for most of the food and drink. It is rather annoying though when mister inspecter yells at me because im only charging $.50 for water hahaha, but it keeps my drink sales up, people buy water like crazy
So i mean to pay into the park and and get free rides and not to overly priced food, im making an amazing profit! I have about 13 or 14 coasters, i have almost ever non coaster ride except water or transport rides placed in my park, some of them i have doubles in opposite ends of park. i do a lot of advertising, i did a few "free admission" advertising's. I have about 15 to 20 maint. crew with some doing only inspections, some doing only fixing and the rest doing both and around 15 or more janitors, all placed with boundries and some area's i have recently added an additional crew member in that area to help out in the busy spots. i have never had a park making this much money before. My Food/Drink Stock is around $500-$700 a month, but the sales are around $1,800 to $2,100 a month!
Any tips on how i can improve any of this? Also, i do not have a water park, i had one built, but it was proved unsuccessful with people only paying to swim, so i raised it and used that money to build a new section to the park.
