Where is the webcam actually located? Giant Drop or American Eagle's helix? It also only updates once everyday which sucks but is better than nothing at all.

Also, a lot of the wave pool construction has begun!

No, it's obviously on Eagle's Helix. Raging Bull's station isn't tall enough and is too far to the right.

I think its on a lamp pole, It would be hard to position it without seeing any of Eagle

Question: If I were to purchase a Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom season pass, could I use it to gain access to the waterpark?

No. To gain access to the water park, you MUST have a SFGAm Water Park pass or a SFGAm Theme/Water Park combo pass.

Let me rephrase that, you must have a SFGAm Water Park Season Pass or a SFGAm Water Park One Day Ticket.
