Some Fright Fest Questions

Talk about anything that has to do with Six Flags Great America and Hurricane Harbor here.
Postby themanjimmy on October 26th, 2005, 7:00 pm
I have a few questions about Fright Fest. I've went there Oct.15, but didn't get to do anything because of the huge crowds, so I am going to give it a second try this Friday. So, now I have some quick questions.

1). Where are haunted house tickets sold?
2). Are the haunted houses even worth the money?
3). I heard from someone that you can get haunted house coupons from Taco Bell. Is this true?
4). What are the rides/shows not to miss this Fright Fest?

Thanks.

1) Haunted House tickets are sold outside the haunted houses, or you can buy a three pack at any house to get in to all of them for $15. Even if you only plan on seeing 2, the 3 pack is still a better deal....haunted houses are $8 a piece.
2)Masoleum of Terror was better last year.....but who am I to judge if it was worth the money.
3)I haven't seen haunted house coupons at Taco Bell myself, just $8 dollars off admission to the park
4)Don't miss the Demon themeing, Terror Twister is pretty cool.......many will tell you not to miss Love at First Fright

Hope I answered some of your questions, anyone else feel free to correct me if I am wrong on anything.

You can also buy Fallen Giant tickets by themselves if you want at the stand in Winner's Circle across from Sky Trek Tower.

A furious storm once roared `cross the sea, catching ships in its path, helpless to flee. Instead of a certain and watery doom, the winds swept them here to Typhoon Lagoon!

Fallen Giant and Mauseleum of Terror are worth the money, and you save money by buying all three, so yes, definitely worth the money.

Don't go to the mauseleum of terror! Its so lame. Maybe if I had worn my 3-d glasses it would have been cooler, other than that, all it was was a maze with a blacklight. And of course random zombies jumping out at you.

^ You are talking about Sleepy Hollow 3-D not Maus of Terror.

Now that I think about it, you're right. It was the Sleepy hollow one. At any rate, I wasn't impressed and I sure as hell wouldn't pay $8 to see it.

We got free passes because of season passes.
