Well, actually JPM Productions Inc does MOST of the characters, but not all. For instance, last year, the puppets at the front gate/carousel area were JPM Creature Crew inside. This year, they are not. However, since I have seen pictures of those puppets out this year (headless horsman, invisible man, tall red devil, etc) they must be being worn by the regular park crew (that puts on Tweety, Bugs, Daffy, etc).

All of the crew doing Fallen Giant/Internal Nightmare came with that attraction as a separate deal.

The Tombtones (Dead Elvis backup dancers) are usually hired by the park from dancers/singers who try out for all the musicals.

Edit:
And of course, I forgot the LAFF crew. They are hired directly by the park.

Sure, I just didn't want the other posters to get on my case for being redundant and posting it again:

They do for scooby trolls and slayer. They aren't there as an advertisment, they are there to cast them.

Many of the pictures for the character descriptions were taken in 2002 (I know, I took most of them). The pictures that are still current, are tagged to the descriptions. But many characters are newer than the pictures. For instance, the commandos and aliens are new this year, and the aliens are not meant to match any of the previous aliens we have done.
The pirates have been done before, but this year's pirates are meant to look like walking zombie pirates. The previous pictures were ghost pirates, all gray costumes, no prostetics, etc).
